The indoor gun range here is clean and well lit. When it's over 100 outside the range here is very comfortable to shoot in. Well worth the ride over if you are anywhere near Mesa. I attended a gun training evening session on March 25, 2026. It was excellent because my trainer was Alan Olson. Alan is very patient and very knowledgeable after 40+ years of training other police officers he worked with over these years. I had not shot my 38 revolver for many years and needed a refresher on how to handle the gun and how to aim properly. With Alan's guidance my accuracy improved quickly. I would strongly recommend gun training if you need a refresher (like me) or if you have never shot a gun before. I strongly recommend this training and especially ask for Alan at the Mesa store. read more

If you want to go to a range where you feel like you're in a 3rd world country this is the place. Staff couldn't even tell you the difference between a 5.56 or a 7.62 if their life depended on it. Great store wonderful service wonderful people great selection. I also found a really cool carry bag so discreet, it looks like what you take to a picnic out to lunch or dinner very impressed. They also have high and stylish leather bags as well. whether you look like a big-time game game hunter or just a l lady browsing they give everybody great service great selection highly highly recommend when they went the extra mile to help me, they also offer updating training programs which I'm going to go back for a refresh. We were recommended to come to this place by another guns and ammo store because this place has an indoor shooting range. So we drove about a mile and a half and found it. Went in and were immediately greeted by a couple different people. Typical gun store but what sets this place apart from some of the other gun stores we have gone to is the personable staff. Nick the owner spent a lot of time with us, showing the 6 shooting lanes up close, not just pointing to the cameras. Nick knows his business very well. We also met Rich who was on the other side of the store. Took the time to show us some guns and didn't make it feel like we were wasting his time. Then I saw it. The only over and under 12 gauge in the store. I have been wanting an over and under for a long time. It was used but the price was right. A Stoger Condor. Went back today and rented a lane and shot it. They sold me a great gun. Thank you Nick and Rich for your professionalism. I like this place a lot because it's for the working man (and woman), it's not pretentious at all. I have been here a few times and made a couple purchases from Guns2Ammo- every experience I have had here has been excellent. The staff is super helpful and is ready to answer any questions you may have. Pricing is probably the best in the area. They have a nice site where you can order stuff and have it shipped to them, or stop in and browse their selection in the shop. They always seem to have a decent and varied stock. They have a range now, I haven't checked it out yet but they told me that they keep it nice and cool in there. I will definitely be back to check the range out and take their CCW class. read more

There is a state-of-the-art shooting range with digital training. If I'm being honest, I am a member and spend a good amount of time in there. By far the worst gun dealer I have ever used. They supposedly ordered a Ruger for me over a month ago. I was told it would be there the following week. Went back there 2 weeks later after not hearing back from them. They looked up my order (which I saw) and was told it should be there the next day. When I asked if they could call Ruger to verify the shipment they refused. I just left the store after about an additional 3-4 weeks and my order was no longer in the book. My recommendation is to steer very clear of this store. After seeing many other reports like mine I have no doubts that a mistake was made. read more

This store has what may be the most absurdly disorganized online sales department of any online gun store I've ever used. Calls to their number for online sales were picked up by voicemail 80% of the time. Tried calling the in-store number, that was picked up and immediately hung up, tried again, and the individual told me they only handled physical store and not the online store and couldn't help. I finally texted someone and managed to cancel my order and get my money back after a week of it not going anywhere. Don't say something's in stock if it's "on it's way from the distributor and we'll ship it out when we get it." That's literally not the definition of "in stock." read more

IT cost me $1000.00 DOLLARS to warn you people of these SCAMMERS!!! April 30, 2018, I purchased a 1911 from this store. Since I was not an AZ resident it was legally necessary for the gun to be sent to a gun dealer in my state of legal residence, Michigan. I selected a private local reputable licensed dealer who worked with me over the summer to coordinate my receipt of the gun that never arrived. Over the course of multiple calls, Guns2Ammo reassured both me and the local dealer that the gun had been sent to the correct address in MI but they were never capable of providing tracking information for an actual shipment, offering only unfulfilled promises to follow up with the information as a tactic of delay. Disgusted, upon my return to AZ, I personally visited the store to request a refund no fewer than four times over the course of the winter, each time promised the refund and given one excuse for delay after another for why it hadn't showed up yet: "I need to look into this" "I'll check with the bank", "look for the refund to show up in a couple of days" "I'll take care of it later today", etc. Unfortunately my trust in their scam (repeated delay tactics) has cost me $1000 and since they have stopped taking my calls (like many others, I end up in a never ending loop of voice mail w no return calls) my only recourse now is: small claims court, social media warning you people BUYER beware, and a letter to the better business bureau.... read more

This store was recommended by three of my bwho are gun fanatics (they all have a ridiculous amount of guns themselves). Right away I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. I went in there looking for a GLOCK 26, and they showed me one, but explained why they think I would like the GLOCK 43x better and showed me the differences. I'm so happy they spoke up and showed me how the 43 fits better in the hand and is not awkward like the 26. I plan to carry this everywhere so I'm very happy how comfortable and smooth this gun is even on a small person like myself. I'm also a person who does not like to waste time. This staff was awesome, very friendly, and expedient. I think I was out of there in about 30 minutes. The deals are awesome too!!! It beat Scottsdale gun clubs price by far! While I was filling out forms I got to know the staff Alec, Nick, and I'm sorry I didn't catch the 3rd guys name. I was looking for a hammerless.38 for personal carry. Just to see if anything has improved over my last visit I stopped a AJI. They were busy and as per usual I was ignored. Finally I was able to express my desired item to an employee he abruptly/rudely tells me their in the front counter. I looked over the selection and did see a pistol I was interested in. I waited and tried to catch someone's eye, but to no avail. I walked out and drove to Guns2Ammo I haven't been there in 9-10 months. I felt like Norm on "Cheers" as I walked in everyone remembered my name and said hello. They too were swamped with customers but seen to my requests almost immediately with a vigorous handshake and personal greetings.
