I had several trigger jobs done by Chandler Tactical Firearms. All the work was completed quickly and professionally.

Almost the worst service I've ever had. Took a new glock in For ceracote. I was very specific about one part. After waiting a week past the expected due date I went in and it was not painted correct. Iwas unhappy buttheysaid they would correct it. They said 2 more weeks. After over 3 weeks I went to check on it. It was done and the guy said it was ready 8 days after I dropped it off. That really pissed me off They had my email and phone but there customer service is so shitty they never contacted me . The first time could have been an oversight but the second time is a problem. Their only remedy was to say sorry. Yes they are a sorry excuse of a shop. I jad just bought a suppressor from them and need another suppressor and a barrel. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. The ceracote was great but as a disabled vet and retired Leo I will never spend another dime at chandler tatical and ill be letting everyone I know about this horrible experience. I doubt it will matter to them but ill do my best I'd do 1 star but the paint was great read more

Fabulous visit yesterday. Getting my daughters Glock 17 blinged out for her birthday. Staff was friendly and oh so helpful from the minute I walked in. We jointly decided on a Holosun red dot optic, and while we had the slide off installing, a cerakote of the slide in a Robin's Egg Blue (Tiffany Blue). ;-) She's gonna love it. Well, I thought I found a good gun shop but I guess not. I went here for the first time a couple of days ago and bought a .22 bore snake. When I learned that they do Cerakoting on site, I asked them about recoating a revolver of mine, or just stripping it to return it to the original bare finish. The two guys there were friendly and extremely helpful. They asked if I had the gun with me, which I didn't. They told me to bring it by and they'd help me decide on what to do since I wasn't sure if I wanted it recoated or just brought back to its original bare finish (SS and aluminum). Two days later I brought it in, fully intending to leave it with them and having it recoated. The two guys working that morning were completely disinterested in whether they helped me or not (stereotypical gun shop employees) and honestly what little they did say, they didn't seem very knowledgeable. I was looking forward to having it recoated or stripped but didn't feel comfortable at all leaving it there with them so I left with my revolver. I guess their customer service is hit or miss depending on the day. I doubt that I'll ever go back; I was unimpressed and dissappointed to say the least. read more

I recently purchased night sights for one of my handguns and was anxious to have them installed. My gun club gave me a two week lead time so I starting checking other gunsmith options around me. Lauren at CTF responded quickly and offered a competitive rate and could do the work while I waited! As promised, when I arrived at the shop Lauren replaced my sights while I waited. I've been in there a few times for different things. Once to get subsonic 5.7 ammo, which isn't easy to find, but they had it on the shelf. Once to replace the iron sights on a pistol, which is probably pretty light duty for a gunsmith, but they did it while I waited in about 15 minutes and it came out perfect. When I decided I didn't like then new sights and wanted them to put the old ones back on, same thing, about 15 minutes at most while I waited, came out perfect. They've risen to the occasion on every occasion from my perspective with a quicker much quicker turnaround and competitive prices than other places I tried before finding them. This place is amazing. I go here not only for the best price on firearms but all the service I need on those firearms. These are actual gunsmiths that work here. They can do a lot of things other gun shops in the area can't. They're also one of the only places offering cerakote coating for your gun. Honestly though the main reason I come here is the customer service. I've been to almost every gun store Arizona has to offer and let's be real some of these guys give you a feeling that you're the biggest inconvenience that's happened to them that day. My experience with this company was positive. I had a used pump shotgun that I needed cleaned and inspected to ensure it was ready to fire. I'm using it for home defense. C2 Tactical had a waiting list that was months long (Don't get me wrong, C2 is a great place but I needed service now) so I gave Chandler Tactical Firearms a shot. Probably my single favourite gun store I've been too. I'm not particularly well to-do and so I went in planning to drop a good chunk of change on a decent SKS. I saw that they had my favourite gun, the MAS 49/56, for sale and they told me it was $1k, I was like "it's just out of my budget". These absolute chads took $150 off just for me and won themselves a life long customer. I've since been in for various services as well as window shopping. Place is ok but stay away from their gunsmith, they are "economical" for a reason - you'll get what you pay for. I had to send my rifle into the manufacturer to fix two issues caused by CTF's smith on my dime. Ok so I wanted a custom holster for my 1911 double stack. I placed my order on a Tuesday. I was told it would be ready on Saturday. Well I went in on Saturday, I was told it would be ready later that day . I told them I would be back on Tuesday. Because I live in casa grande. I didn't want to hang in chandler all day. Well I had a problem pop up, that prevented my returning till Wednesday. I went in they said it wasn't ready. I asked when it would be ready. They said they normally make them on Saturday. They also said they were down one worker, and were backed up. They said they had 60 orders to make. I asked if they had even started my order. They said no. I said OK, let's just cancel my order. Chandler Tactical Firearms is a great example of a bad gun shop. We all know that gun shops carry the stigma of being unfriendly. The owner of this shop and his employees contribute to that stigma, by creating a hostile environment for customers. It is an immature thing to do, and overall a disservice to the local community. If the fellas at Chandler Tactical Firearms simply relaxed a little, and maybe drank less energy drinks throughout the day, this store's atmosphere might improve. This shop does not understand (at all) that people like to browse and make smalltalk at gun shops. If you create a pleasant atmosphere for visitors, they will return and buy from you. If you do not pressure customers, they will return and buy from you. The staff is extremely pushy and desperate for a sale. I really cannot comprehend why these guys go out of their way to lose customers. They are argumentative! If you casually relate your experience with a certain product or company, they will defend that product or company and explain that your experience is invalid. They may also interrupt you and raise their voice, too. Over nothing! Listen guys, your customers are just trying to enjoy a day off from work and chat about their favorite hobby. Rinse the sand out of your beards and try being friendly. You'd be amazed how your business could flourish. I visited your shop three times over the past year, and bought some ammo and cleaning supplies. I will never return to your shop after my last visit. By the way, I spent my Christmas bonus on a new Smith & Wesson from Merchant Firearms. The staff there is consistently laid back, relaxed, and treat visitors with respect. Cheers! read more
