We are so happy to have found AZ Foundation Solutions! They have finally fixed our house's 20 year long structural problems. First of all, the sales rep, Ryan was understanding, knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our requests for changes/additions to our contract. We had reservations at first, because the project was going to be considerably expensive for us. Ryan understood our concerns and, per our request, he arranged for us to meet with the company owner, Bob Brown, who took time out of his busy schedule to answer our many questions and concerns. This was tremendously reassuring to us and it was the deciding factor in going with AZ foundations. The crews that worked on our house were experienced professionals who patiently answered all of our questions and allowed us to monitor their progress at all points. Jonathan and his assistants, Jose and Efraim did the excavation, pier work and initial stem wall repair. They were very experienced and efficient and even accommodated our requests allow their work to be inspected by an independent engineer. He confirmed their good work and that all was professionally done. We would like to reserve our highest praises for Sarah and her assistant, Alex, who performed our slab jacking and a large portion of our stem wall repair. Their work went way beyond our expectations: they were clean, meticulous and precise with every detail. When I told them of my lung problems and asthma, they took special care to vacuum while drilling. When they heard that we had no spare floor tiles for replacement, they were able to remove tiles from our new floor without damaging them so that they could be put back just as they were. In our opinion they went far above and beyond our expectations. Their work is beyond superlative description. They showed up on time. Explained the plan of fixing our sidewalk, said they had reviewed the pictures that were taken when the job was evaluated and bid, but might want to do something a little different. They proceeded cautiously, had some difficulty and decided to employ a manual Jack that would lift the slab to desired level then inject the foam which worked really well. A additional tool that might of helped would of been a hydraulic cylinder with extension poles to push the slab back to it's original position. But with what they had to work with it came out to my satisfaction. They cut a wire to my yard lighting system but they did ask if there was water or power in the area that they needed to dig and I told them I was unsure since we only bought the house recently. I repaired the cut wire after they left and replaced moved rocks and gravel. They filled the drilled holes as necessary. The expansion joint between the side walk and drive way they needed to cut out to preform the job, after the slab was level they installed some foam to fill the joint and applied some epoxy over that that they told me to not walk on for 24hr, of course the FedEx or Amazon guy walked on it and I tried to smooth it out the best I could. I think they should of used some of that quick set concrete that they filled the hole with and the job would of been done, nothing for the home owner to worry about, but what do I know I'm not a concrete expert. They have done this time after time and they know best what works. They cleaned upped the job site when finished. All in all I'm very satisfied with the job. Thanks for a job well done to Javier, Edgar, and Alex. This construction crew was very polite and arrived in a timely manner to get the job started. They installed smartjacks under my cabin in Prescott. I had been having problems opening and closing the doors, as there were cracks above the doors. They got the job done even though it rained part of the time. They covered the end of the cabin with plastic and worked while it was raining . Such a dedicated team. My cabin is now level and the doors open and close very smoothly. Also thanks to Victor Rivera for coming out for the initial inspection and then getting everything else arranged for this work to be done, after I decided to go with AFS. We were dismayed to learn that our foundation was sinking 17 years after building our dream home. We read reviews and selected Arizona Foundations Solutions. They truly ARE the "solution" to this type of problem. Victor Rivera was our initial contact and came out to explain the company and the process. Jacob did a gutter and moisture level system installation. Shawn worked on the gutter installation. Both were very respectful of limiting the mess and dirt involved in installing such systems. Jacob made an extra effort to be sure that the moisture level system, installed in the attic, did not come in contact with anything in the attic, like a wood beam, that would cause vibration noise when it was working. Jacob left the inside of the house as clean as possible. Shawn installed the gutters so that they are up on the house to stay. All the outdoor trash from the job was picked up and removed. Barron repaired a large crack that was on the foundation. It looks much, much better and was ground down to an even level so I can install replacement tile. He also left the house as clean as could be in the circumstances. I would recommend them to others for the same type of work. They all explained what they did and what to expect. No one was EVER rude or lost their patience with my questions. The reason I gave a 4 was because the administrative staff was not very responsive. I was having 3 different jobs performed over 3 days and no one could seem to tell me, or even bother to get back with me, about which day what was going to be done. When we found out we had a foundation settling problem, we did not know what to do, where to turn or who to call. A couple of people told us we should contact AZ Foundation Solutions....said they were quite good at what they do. So we contacted AFS and then met with Ryan Tracey. Ryan did a thorough and professional job of telling us our options and describing each one. He then made a recommendation and explained why he felt that was our best option. We were comfortable with Ryan and with AFS, and chose to move forward with scheduling the project. When it came time to begin the work, Steve Rasmussen, the foreman, showed up on time and did a complete walk through so he fully understood the objectives and specifically where the lifting was needed. Then his crew, Jose and Gorge, arrived and the work began. Those 3 guys worked extremely hard and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. And when it came time to lift parts of our house, they did so in a careful and meticulous manner and did not cause any damage...just got the house back to level and stabilized. I am a north Valley resident and I was referred to Arizona Ram Jack Foundation Repair for some sort of structural leak I had in my basement. One of their solution consultant, Ryan Tracey showed up, and ran some test to figure out the leak. However, he found out that it wasn't structural leak I was dealing with, but plumbing leak. This was the same leak I brought in another leak detector twice already, but he couldn't figure it out until Arizona Ram Jack came and determine that it was actually my pipe that was leaking. We had a good experience with this company and it was impressive that they came to Pinetop and finished installing 9 piers and moisture barriers & a fan in 3 days. The final cleanup was satisfactory and I took care of all other work that included 2 areas where paver stones had to be removed. David Ortiz and his crew (Manny & Alex) were a pleasure to deal with, and David found a way to drive the Bobcat around the back yard to reach the north & west foundations. Terry & Cody were here just one day to install the moisture control & fan, and were also very courteous & efficient. We had multiple issues with our home, doors that suddenly didn't close properly, wall cracks, uneven floor in garage, stem wall cracking with rusting of the interior rebar, stair step cracks in exterior brick, cracks at interior and exterior corners and more. Yesterday (4/4/16) Arizona Foundation Solutions completed rebar crack and surface repairs to my home's concrete foundation. This was the second time I hired AFS to make repairs at my house. The first was performed three years ago, and I was very pleased with the crew and the finished product. I recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair the foundation on my elderly father's property in Sun Lakes and was very pleased with the level of expertise, communication, and friendliness of the staff and technicians. The first phase was installing piles on the (zero lot line) side of the home. We did a lot of research and liked what we saw about Arizona Foundation Solutions. They did extremely thorough testing which was well explained. I'm not going to say the leveling was an easy process for us (who would enjoy all that digging?) - our house was out of level all over the place. We had lots of digging done around the exterior and 24 piles placed in and around the house. The final result was stupendous! We previously had creaking and moaning and cracking all the time. Now there is none. Our home was unstable to say the least. Now our home is solid as a rock! It even feels different to walk into it. The owner himself came out to check on the work and help with the finishing up! They were determined to make us happy, and happy we are! We don't worry about the house any more.
