Because of these delays, I was forced to file a motion with the court requesting additional time for service, something that likely could have been avoided with proper communication and follow through. The company advertises: "We will meet or exceed the service level you select, or give you 100% of your money back. Guaranteed." In my experience, the promised level of service was not met, and my requests for updates, resolution, and a refund went unanswered. I also filed a BBB complaint and did not receive a response there either. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
