**BEST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR!!!!!*** If you are looking for a beautiful, cost efficient event space look no further! When I tell you the owner of this establishment deserves a huge round of applause for making my daughter's day the most spectacular and memorable one. We rented Raul's establishment for a quince party of 125 people. We did the standard quince package. From the moment I contacted Raul after doing many many other event walk-throughs with other places, his establishment was the most cost efficient, beautiful, clean ones we had seen. Me and my daughter immediately knew this was the one. The owner Raul was very helpful, professional, patient, and on top of everything! From the planning, to payments, to offering additional services to help if need be, to having the event space completely decorated so beautifully and taking the whole thing down after so there was no stress on my end. Every single employee that we interacted with that day; servers, bartender, staff were so so kind and willing and ready to help with anything we needed no questions asked. Raul even came a couple hours before the event to help guide the caterers I had and help me with things to ease the stress of the day. I don't know how I found this gem of a place but I know now that me and my family will ALWAYS have events here and no where else! Make sure to book at The Hidden Palace! You will not be disappointed

Where do I begin?! My husband and I got married here in 2020 and even through the craziness of planning a wedding during the pandemic Raul and his team made our experience super easy!! They took care of all the big details such as cake (we gave him an inspo pic and it turned out exactly like we wanted, and tasted AMAZING!), DJ, decorations, food, and even a photo booth! If you are looking to have a beautiful wedding (or any event for that matter), without having to do all the work yourself, at an affordable price I highly recommend choosing The Hidden Palace! You won't be disappointed!

Yesterday we held our Wedding at The Hidden Palace, it was amazing. The staff Raul and Ruby assistant in every way possible and kept the flow of the wedding moving so effortlessly. So turns out that there's another place called hidden palace but I didn't realize that it was in Gilbert LOL, so here is my original post meant for THIS hidden palace! "Me and my girlfriend (soon to be wife) held our baby shower here and it was amazing! Raul was extremely professional and the price to rent the place was more than reasonable. Overall we are both very satisfied with the results and all of our friends and family loved it! Would recommend for big events and gatherings."

We recently had our wedding with Raul and his team. This truly is a "Hidden" Palace. We had become frustrated during our search for the perfect location. Between non-replies, insanely unreasonable fees, and hidden costs we had almost given up! We found the Hidden Palace and were amazed at this gem. It was the right size (we had about 80 but could do up to 150), Raul was responsive, knowledgable, attentive, and always available, even for a stressed out bride! The entire team from his staff to a couple vendors he recommended were on point, knew their craft, and executed flawlessly. Raul was able to offer us a "turn key" event while allowing us to add our personal touches. I highly recommend checking the location. You may not think much at the outside but once you enter, you will be transformed. Thank you again to everyone on The Hidden Palace Team!

I had my wedding at the hidden palace on 10/16. I was very nervous and had a lot of anxiety prior to the wedding. Raul went above and beyond to help me ease the anxiety. The setup of the wedding ceremony and decorations of the venue were beautiful. The food was delicious. Jaime, the dj, played all the songs I asked for and kept everyone dancing all night. Raul and staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable and professional I could not ask for more. Thank you Raul, staff and vendors he recommended for making my wedding day unforgettable and truly stress free. I definitely recommend Raul and the hidden palace and will use them for future events.

The hidden Palace was the perfect location for our company's Annual Christmas Party. Our team was truly impressed with how specious, elegant and modern the whole set up was. From the start the whole experience was such a breeze and stress free. The booking arrangements took only a few text before we had our event reserved. Raul was very responsive. The day of the event was even easier. By the time we arrived all the tables and venue were decorated with Christmas decor which only made our event feel even more special and grand. We had our kid's first birthday here on 3rd Jan and it was awesome. Raul is such an easy to go guy on whom you can easily rely on.I don't give reviews much but was bound to give this place a 5 star because of the beauty of this place and Raul's nature. We looked for so many venues but nothing was fitting to our criteria and budget and then came The Hidden Palace, which seemed to be designed for my kids party :) We had a lot of things in our mind for the celebration but he was ready to help us out every time we bugged him. A Hidden Palace indeed! My husband and I changed our wedding reception last minute & hosted it here with over 40 guests. The price was very reasonable and Raul was very very VERY helpful throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond what we expected: he was quick to respond, his schedule was very flexible with ours, and he was extremely generous in letting us borrow some of his decorations. I've been meaning to write this review for a while but writing about my wedding makes me so emotional. I had THE BEST day of my entire life. It was so beautiful and Raul the owner made my worries go away! I planned my wedding in just a little over a month and it was stressful but the hidden palace took care of the big stuff such as cake, dj, decorations, even the bar tender! The cake was delicious the DJ was so kind and understanding! I spilt salsa on my wedding dress and Raul helped wipe it off so fast and it looked like nothing happened! The venue was BEAUTIFUL! My entire family kept complimenting me and my partner the entire night about how beautiful the venue was. I recommend this venue to any friend I have that's looking for a place to have their wedding. So I went there today for a baby shower and you know from the outside when you're looking at the building it doesn't look like anything. But when you walk in it's a beautiful establishment and I had such a wonderful time there. I wanna give some kudos to the assistant his name was Manny and he was absolutely amazing! This is such a perfect venue for anyone looking for an affordable but classy event space! Raul is an amazing chef (I recommend scheduling a tasting!!) and does a great job providing individualized service to every customer. The venue really is a hidden gem- the interior is gorgeous and completely customizable. This place is beautiful! When I saw it from the outside, I was a little skeptical, but once I opened the doors I was flabbergasted! It was gorgeous! My cousin had a wedding here and I was her maid of honor. Everything was amazing. Words cannot express how breathtaking everything was! My wife and I found this venue and absolutely loved it! It truly is a hidden palace, don't judge the outside the inside is gorgeous. Raul was such a blessing. The settings within it are so varied and fun to hang out in and explore, and many of our guests came to tell us how gorgeous it was. Moving on from looks, Boojum Tree also has fantastic package deals, which made planning for the wedding so much less stressful from out of state. To have a set of great vendors already included (bar, catering, DJ, and day-of-coordinator), as well as decorations, silverware, linens, chairs, ceremony equipment, etc etc was the best thing and really helped us be present and enjoy our wedding. Our day-of-coordinator, Jennifer, was also incredible! She took great care of us, staying organized, moving around flowers and decorations, ensuring our wedding favors were at each table, coordinating with our other vendors, helping with an emergency dress bustling, keeping us on time, and hundreds of other things that we did not see behind the scenes. It's hard to put into words how amazing our experience was with The Hidden Palace, but here it goes. From start to finish we have been extremely happy with Raul and his team. The first time we met with Raul for a tour and to talk about pricing we were kept informed, given lots of detail about how the planning process would go, pricing, and how the wedding day would be laid out. Also how the catering would work out as well and we were very happy! We wanted to think on it for a day before we made the jump and Raul was happy to meet with us again after we decided to sign :) Raul understands that not everyone wants to spend their entire life savings on their wedding and makes sure to give you options (and packages) based on what you are comfortable with. We wanted to have the ceremony and reception in the same place and we wanted the venue to cater as well (much easier having everything in one place!) We also wanted to bring our own appetizers and he told us that wouldn't be a problem and that he could set them out on nice platters for us and everything, which he did! He and his wife Ruby were so kind to us in the months leading up to our big day and it was so appreciated. It's really stressful planning a big day and they definitely understand that. The rehearsal was ran by the two of them and they did such a great job getting our bridal party/family in line so we could get on with the day and make sure all of the important topics were gone over. The day of the wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did if not for Raul, Ruby, and the rest of The Hidden Palace/RC Catering Team. As always, the two were so nice and really chill (which I personally appreciate because I was definitely not chill haha) yet professional and made sure everything was done and perfect. -something to add that really stood out to me: as the bridal party was walking down and it was time for our two ring bearers to go, the youngest one of two years decided he didn't want to go (just as little ones do) and Ruby made sure that he would stay back and not go running down the aisle. Once we came back after the ceremony there was Ruby holding our nephew and taking care of him. That was seriously so kind of her and it was apparent that not only do they care about their clients but they seriously care that they day goes as smooth as possible. Seriously, thank you for that!- The bartender - Tom? - AWESOME. We had so many complements on how cool he was and how great he made the drinks! We absolutely loved him ourselves as well! The vendors that Raul recommended that we ended up using were the catering, the DJ, and the bakery for our cake. Catering is run by Raul himself and that was another thing people still come to me about and tell me (two weeks after the wedding) was how delicious the food was! Everyone was happy and full and we also really appreciated that they have a kids option with chicken fingers (just be sure to specify how many kids you plan of being there and how old they are so he can provide enough, of course!) The DJ - DJ Jam Star, kept the entire night filled with music from before the ceremony to the very end of the night! He was awesome with our requests and our guest requests and kept people on the dance floor all night long! Bamboo Bakery was great for our wedding cake! We chose pink champagne for the flavor and it was SO good! Gave us everything we asked for and the owner was very nice! This place is incredible. I have dreamt of my wedding since I was a child, but I never expected the event to actually exceed my expectations. Juana was so kind, and she took care of everything we needed. The food was exceptional, and her and her team went above and beyond with the extras I requested. And you can't beat the price. Everything was included: venue, chairs and tables, linens, food, photographer, cake, and DJ. And they don't skimp, either. They even have chiavari chairs included, which are about $9 each to rent if you go somewhere else. The whole package is only about $6,000. You won't find anything like it anywhere else. The owners of this place care about making things beautiful and stress-free for their customers. It is truly a palace, and anyone who chooses this place will not be disappointed. I cannot express how amazing of an experience I had at the Hidden Palace. My wedding was beyond perfect and by far the most affordable option- not only was it inexpensive for everything the packages include but the food was to die for and Raul the coordinator was AMAZING to work with. Everything was perfect on my special day, my wedding was masquerade themed and the servers went above and beyond and even wore masks to give the full effect. The outside just looks like a normal shopping plaza but once you go inside it's like walking into a fairytale. I highly recommend The Hidden Palace! Recently got married there and we had the best experience ever. Raul is great to work with and can accommodate any theme you are looking to achieve. Very affordable, great location & amazing staff. It was also convienent to have both the wedding & reception here so our guest didn't have to travel to different locations. I had my wedding here for the reception and I'll tell you everything wss perfect! The decor was great, they where kind and accommodating to my often rude father and my stressed out self. We estimated about 125 people so thats the amount they set up for sadly not that many showed at the reception but they still accommodated and made it lovely.
