Angie asked for personal information from my other caregivers, including details about my doctors and medications. She also insisted on a doctor's note for basic range of motion exercises and minor wound care, despite her staff being trained by a wound care RN. The recommendations I received were not helpful. After providing the required seven-day notice, Angie terminated my service immediately. Overall, I found Angie to be unreliable, unprofessional, and unhelpful. These people have not only made an unequivocally positive impact on my mom as she faced uncertainty in a frightening transition of her life, they have unmistakably given me and our family peace of mind that my mother is being cared for by genuinely empathetic, knowledgeable and trusting professionals. They absolutely have gone the extra mile since day 1 and since I live out of state and travel back and forth as my mother's POA, they have been indispensable in helping me stay informed and assisting me in guaranteeing my mother is safe, secure, and cared for with respect and understanding.
