The stone care experts from Arizona Stone care just left our home and we couldn't be more pleased! Hank came out, looked over the jobs that needed to be done, and got us scheduled quickly. Zack and his team did a phenomenal job of making our stone look its best and took great care to protect the areas adjoining the stone. The grout in the kitchen area in particular was very discolored and we weren't sure it would even be possible to clean it - but they are miracle workers! It looks like new tile. Our stone shower needed a lot of TLC and the tile on the floor of the shower needed to be regrouted as it was crumbling away. It looks fantastic now. As we saw what they could do with the original jobs we hired them for, we were so pleased that we found MORE things for them to do - we had them do the granite countertops throughout the house and refinish the stone on our barbecue as well. Before leaving, Zack explained how to maintain the surfaces and advised us on the products that would be best suited to the stone. Don't have anyone else touch your Natural Stone! If you want your tile to look as beautiful as mine then hire these guys. Careful, courteous and very respectful too my 8 years of neglect. One of the things I was concerned about was the bad review they had in 2014 but as an informed buyer I continued to read ALL of their reviews and I noticed that there was a lot of good things being said by other customers that weren't being recommended, certainly 1 bad review cannot define a company, right? What a super company. I had ruined the finish on a granite counter top in my kitchen with excessive heat and expected to incur a $4000 replacement bill. Hank and Frank from Arizona Stone evaluated the damage and basically told me that there was a 50/50 chance that the damage could be honed and polished out. They gave me an estimate for the job, but at no charge if the counter top could not be repaired. Happily, they were able to repair my damaged granite to it's original luster, saving me a bundle in the process. They so impressed me that I had them hone, polish, and seal all of my travertine flooring, hone and seal the tumbled stone in my bathrooms, and polish and seal all of the granite counter tops in my home. Wow....everything looks way better than when it was new. No joke. And the total expense was approximately 1/2 that of replacing the original damaged granite counter top. I made the correct choice with hiring this company. My husband & I were full of anxiety after letting our travertine floor go without repairs for 15 years. Full of holes, cracks,gouges etc etc. We had resigned to the fact that it was beyond salvage! After meeting with Bakers my heart sank when I was told our floor did not have much hope due to the quality of our travertine. Not wanting to spend $20,000 to replace it I was given Arizona Stone Care info for a 2nd opinion. During my initial appointment it was explained to me that pits, holes and cracks were fused together with epoxy then polished to melt into my travertine, I was skeptical. Beware!!!! Do not even let these people in your home unless you want to hire even more people to fix what they break or ruin because that's what happened to me. First off, they pretended they knew me and had done work for me in the past and "couldn't locate my old invoice." Next they were hired to hone my marble which they did kinda, but they also left me with a permanent black scratch line all the way around my back splash from their sander, which he tried to "fix" by covering it up with the wrong color caulk. Now I'm left with scratched $500 faucets (also from his sander), a ruined subway tile back splash, and the mess, oh my the mess this guy made, wow! I thought my 5 kids were bad. When I questioned him, he packed his truck up and left with no explanation. Great professional businessman there. Looks like I'll be letting ROC know about my experience. One of our friends had good things to say about Arizona Stonecare so we called for an estimate. They were competitive with others but the thing that differentiated them was the information provided. By the time I got the bid I had a pretty good idea of what the process was going to be. The crew spent five days in our house cleaning, buffing sealing and grouting the tile. It came out better than I ever expected. Zack was the team leader and he was great. The cracks in our travertine can hardly be detected and the shine pops off the stone. The men were totally courteous to our family while they were there. We have some nice furniture that had to be shifted and moved in order to get to all parts of the house. Our Saltillo Tile was in horrible shape. No matter what we used to clean the tile it still looked dirty. I did some research about professional cleaning services and discovered Arizona Stone Care. They came out and gave us an estimate and talked about the process they use. We decided to try it and are so glad we did. I wish I could put the before and after pictures in my review. It is amazing what it looks like when they finished. The workers were friendly and worked hard to strip the tile of all the stains and dirt. The second day they came back and retouched places that still seemed dark. Today they are re-sealing it so it will last for several years. I couldn't be happier with our choice. It was way cheaper than having it removed and replacing it and now that it is beautiful and looking new again, I'm glad we found this company. read more

Outstanding customer service. I was given a ton of info on my first call to the company. Hank cam over and we got a plan in motion. Hank and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They did a demo of gloss level options. I'm glad they did the demo. We first wanted the semi gloss but after the demo we went with the high gloss. Along with the floors, we had Hank and crew shampoo the carpet in 4 rooms and seal the showers in 3 bathrooms. Our home is 3400 sq ft. They completed the job in 3 days. The end product was fantastic!!!! Our floor were replace before we bought the house a few years back and now they look a million times better!!! Our travertine floors now look like mirrors. I'm so glad I went with Hank and Arizona Stone Care. I had a travertine floor that was almost 9 years old and had never had any real maintenance. The grout was dirty and there were some cracked and damaged tiles. Hank did a thorough job of explaining the whole process of restoration and what it would require maintaining the floor going forward. It was very obvious he knew what he was doing. They showed up on time and developed a game plan which was explained to me so I could work around what they needed to do. His crew was very professional and making sure I was consulted on any decisions they had to make. The floor looks better now than when it was brand new. The sautillo tile in my kitchen looked awful. I'm sure it hadn't been properly cleaned since its installation 30+ years ago. After calling several companies for quotes I chose Hank with Arizona Stone Care. He was very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable considering what my floor required. I want to thank Hank and his crew, they went above and beyond, REALLY! They were able to strip off ALL the sealer. We have a flagstone patio which is about 6 years old, it was starting to look bad. It was starting to get white areas and flaking. About 1 and a half years ago we started putting on this sealer, "THE WRONG SEALER" that made our patio look shiny, we really didn't like it because it also made it slippery around our pool. We were just trying to protect the flagstone, not knowing we were actually sufficating it, and I have to tell you, we put on about 4 to 5 coats over that year and a half. Amazing job by a very professional team! Hank is personable and friendly as well as professional and so is his team. The 5-man crew came to the house and got right to work. We have a lot of furniture but Zach, the lead, worked out the plan and they were amazingly fast and efficient. Most everything was completed the first day. We had our travertine floors in the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, storage closet, laundry room and bathroom, as well as saltillo tile on our breezeway and porch done. Hank & Ben came over to hone my statuary marble counters (over 70 SF) and in really bad shape. Rusts stains, scratches, and other discoloration. So bad, I thought my bathroom vanity counter would need to be replaced. They did a fantastic job. Professional and knowledgeable. I previously had a high shine which looked beautiful, but was prone to acidic etching (lemon, tomatoes, vinegar. Hank suggested a satin finish; I was hesitant as first, but he did a test spot and I agreed. After having lived with the Satin finish for a few days, I am very pleased I went this direction. Best company out there for stone care. I spoke with a number of companies about sealing our newly-installed tumbled travertine but ultimately went with Hank at Arizona Stone Care because it was obvious that he was far more knowledgable on the subject and would stand behind the job. His team was efficient and did an excellent application. They even left some sealant for us if we felt the need to do some touchups. A couple weeks later, when I noticed mild staining around our kitchen area, Hank offered to lift the stain and double down on the sealant in that area at no charge. Hank, and every single person on his team, were outstanding. His bill was as quoted, and the job exceeded my expectations. We has polished travertine floors that had areas that had become very dull. The entire floor now looks like a mirror and feels so clean we hate to wear shoes to walk on it.
