We have tile floors throughout our house that have been difficult to get cleaned. After trying a few other companies and DIY methods, we found Cade's Carpet and Floor Care on Yelp. From setting up the appointment to the job being completed, professional all the way. The best part, our tile and grout looks like our house is new again. The price was fair for the work that was done. In the long run, we saved money since we thought the only solution was to replace the tile. read more

I called CADE because they have a mobile unit that reached my patio home, located at the end of a walkway. Antonio Smith was friendly and ready to go. Very happy with the way my tile came out. My only concern was the pricing. The website indicates a fee of $.35 to $ .45 per sq. ft. Reality is a minimum charge of $225 regardless. Website needs to reflect this or they will get in trouble. read more

Overall the cleaning was adequate, but left several puddles which dried into thick dust on back patio tile that I had to scrub up - could have used a squeegie broom to remedy this. garage floor was added on as an additional clean. there was left a milky film on the floor - came back and redid it but it wasn't much better. I had a tenant that rented my house furnished. When she moved out, the king master bed was heavily soiled (even thought I left a mattress pad to protect it) it wasn't used. I called Cade's to shampoo the filthy carpets, 3 bar stools and clean & sanitize the mattress. They did a wonderful job on the carpets and bar stools and he couldn't guarantee the mattress would be 100%. They were able to clean it 90% and sanitize. It was a $4000 mattress. Tile and grout looks like new again. After trying several large well known floor cleaning companies I almost gave up and was considering a new floor. The dirty grout was driving me nuts. Tried everything and nothing worked. Saw Cade's reviews and decided to give it one more try. He spent time on my floor. Other companies were done in an hour for approx 1200 sq ft. Truly TERRIFIC service!! Cade was very professional, had superb communication and did all the work himself, which is extremely rare. I have a stark white sofa sectional and Cade did a BEAUTIFUL job cleaning it. I happened to be home so I saw just how hard he worked on the sofa sectional and he worked his butt off to make it absolutely perfect! He did an OUTSTANDING job on my carpet as well. We chose Cade to clean our 22 year old carpets and some tile because of the great reviews. After years of cleaning by hot water extraction (steam cleaning) I decided to use a carpet cleaner that used a different method, in this case the encapsulate method. I'm not convinced the method they use is better than steam cleaning, but it does leave the carpets dryer and the drying time is much shorter. The carpets did look better after a good post-cleaning vacuuming. I think the theory is the dirt and such is encapsulated and needs to be vacuumed up following the cleaning process. The tile cleaning was done with steam and turned out well. All in all, he did a good job and pricing was comparable with the other carpet cleaners we've used. He was easy to schedule, kept me informed as to his progress, and showed up on time. read more

I started this company as a side gig that I could do through college and it quickly evolved into college being the side gig. It was that way until about a year into it when this became a full time career for me. When I asked about hot water or steam, he said their solution was just "warm water". After an hour and a half of cleaning two couches and two recliners, I paid over $500. Fast forward to tonight... and the couches still looked dirty. So I grabbed my small handheld Shark steamer, used boiling water, and got a ton of dirty water as the result. Let's just say I'm feeling a little frustrated that my tiny handheld did more than the professional service I paid for. He offered us the best price of the companies that responded to our initial request, which was for the carpeted stairs and two small landings, though he did have to raise the price slightly (like $20 or so) when he arrived because our description was not quite accurate. We only used their carpet cleaning service, but I was intrigued when I saw some of the other services they offer, like special floor treatments, listed on the company's van. Clearly, they do more than just clean carpets. He didn't mind when we added to our initial request and was able to quickly quote us a new, fair price once he saw the space. Admittedly, he did end up arriving somewhat after the window he had stated, due to other jobs he had to finish, but I'm sure some jobs take longer than you expect, and it wasn't a problem for us. He was fairly quick and efficient once he arrived, I thought. He started the actual cleaning process by spraying stain remover on the worst spots. He had protection for our stairs' corners from the hoses and tubes and used booties over his shoes once the carpet was wet (as one might expect). He even moved our large, heavy bed in our master bedroom by himself so he could clean the entire carpet in there (part of our updated request). I thought we were going to move it together, but when I asked about it after he had gotten started cleaning, he said he had already moved it! He was friendly and respectful. I think he took something like 90 minutes for the whole job, start to finish, which seemed reasonable to me considering the logistics and size of the job. I told him we may call him again for the one bedroom we left out, and I meant it. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Momentum's carpet cleaning service, especially if you don't need them to come exactly in the window.

I did a 'walk-through' with him of the rooms as well as answered any questions he had for clarification. BF and I were able to relocate ourselves to other areas of the house to continue working remotely while Raul worked his magic. He was very thorough and used blue plastic booties (shoe covers) once carpets were steamed and still damp. Gave us a few pairs as well to use while rooms were drying. End results exceeded my expectations as my house was so sparkling clean and smelled so crisp!! Shade of my carpet was much lighter after treatment; indication of how filthy they actually were!!
