They are mud tubes specifically from termites. Anyone looking at those pictures can blow them up and see that they are external to the wall (on top of the cinderblock ) and not a crack in the cinderblock. Besides, I actually crushed one of the mud tube lines and they were mud tubes. On top of that the two pieces of antique furniture that I had right up against that area is the only thing that got termites. They didn't come in with the furniture. The furniture was destroyed because of the termites that are in the facility. They came up through the openings in one of the other pictures at the base of the wall. And spread out from there. I ended up taking my furniture right to the dump because I didn't want to bring a termite infestation with me

Unfortunately yelp wants me to put a price that's why it sends a quote of how much monthly it is but if you want to give us a call back May 29, 623-245-0172 or if you wanna give me your phone number, I can give you a call as soon as it's available. I started this project in yelp for storage of a RV. Got a message from the manager stating no availability at this time and then a second message showing a quote of $60 per month. Upon further discussion with the manager that was just a number to get the message posted to me "states Yelp requires this" however I received messages from other businesses without a price quote. When I contacted Everest Self Storage was told they have a space opening up the end of the month for double that amount. I will not be doing business with them. Dishonesty from the get go!!!

That is more than triple the original price in under a year. When I contacted management to raise concerns, I was told they can increase the rent however and whenever they want, and that if I don't like it my only option is to vacate the unit. That response is unreasonable, particularly given that customers cannot easily move their belongings on short notice--especially when living out of state. This pricing structure feels intentionally designed to lure customers in with a low introductory rate and then impose steep, frequent increases once their property is stored. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects fair, transparent, or stable pricing. The BBB & Attorney General are currently investigating their practices.

Two days in I drove an engine bolt through my new drive tire the lot was a wrecking yard for 20 years I know of and they laid a few inches of crushed asphault over all the debris and as soon as I run it over it pops up I have buckets after a few months they started making up past due balance. So I canceled all my reoccurring rentals a few days later a new one was opened in my name my info but charged at a non standard amount the system u set it up on only charges for a month or week at 220 a month however the one they set up was to reoccur at 600 for one space so I told them I was leaving when I return if in fact anything is owed i will settle up as soon as I returned and a day later my stuff was towed and lastly when I went to pick up my vehicle it was at a rush auto dealer ship around the corner not even a tow yard it was hidden by other vehicles I will also add i was paid up until 1 31 25 so park at your own risk.
