NOT A SAFE FEELING!!! Yes this place does the job but respectfully they just let ANYBODY in. Every time I come in there are homeless people waiting around WATCHING you it's creepy. My storage in on the underground level and it SMELLS of BO BAD not to mention I can't access my OWN storage most of the time because THE HOMELESS people across from me just have all their stuff laying around. The WORST part is at night they WAIT for you to open the gate to leave so every time I leave they RUSH next to me it's scary I've almost called the police because they literally rushed to the gate as I was trying to leave one night. If you rent a space here just be aware of you're surrounding. I intend on moving else where I DO NOT feel safe here at all!!!! read more

I have two units in this storage facility, which I am trying to consolidate. I wish to express my appreciation for the service that an employee of that facility gave .me last Saturday. He worked very hard in trying to cut off two locks on one unit that we had lost the keys for. He tried very hard to find a grinder he had been told was there, but he was unable to. Stored my items here and it was Stolen! no calls all I noticed was these guys stop charging me. So I went down to find out what happened and manager claims he saw my unit empty so he thought I packed up and left and thought he'd be a nice guy and stop charging me. Right... Also had my credit card that I have been using to pay this dump get stolen, mysteriously. contacted police and manager told them that the unit was conveniently out of the camera's sight to catch anyone emptying out my unit. Sounds like an inside job to me, bastards all of them. read more

I'm not really sure about the prior person's experience. I needed a unit ASAP before moving and they not only found one, gave me the new client price. They even helped me out by meeting the delivery guy to drop off my treadmill and lock the unit up. The place is always clean and the swamp coolers have never not worked when I have been there. I pay my fees with autopay on a debit card so I can't explain the previous persons experience. I even considered keeping my unit here in AZ because it was so convenient. Can't say enough about their service the new managers, Rick and Mark were great. Good customer service is hard to find. read more

I have started with these guys since 2006 and they have always treated me great when I go in with problem they have did all they could for me. They staff there are nice and anyone who says different probably went in with an attitude and didn't get what they wanted so they write bad review. I have never had a problem with these guys and they are fair. And they are the cheapest I have found. read more

Customer service is horrible. Communication, or lack of, is poor. They just keep charging you late fees without you knowing. Storage facilities are on every corner spend your money somewhere that appreciates your business. read more

This place is a dump. Poor lighting and dirty. You can hear the manager's barking dog whenever you're up on the second floor trying to work in your unit, which you cannot see because of the poor lighting. The fees are outrageous and non-competitive, and they STILL communicate with people on paper rather then using the modern media available to them. They don't even accept charging a credit card for the monthly fee. So watch out if you have your bill payment set up on an auto w/d - if you don't catch the flim-flam way they arbitrarily alter their rates you'll miss it, and then they'll charge you late fees. It's a total scam. If it were possible to give this dump NO stars, I would. Be smart - go to UHaul storage. read more

This place is the most unprofessional, dirty, poorly ran business I have seen in a long time. We complained on website, only to have Bill, who works there take a picture of our file and email it from his personal cell phone back to us via email. Not sure what that was going to accomplish. Very hot units, only 2 employees that try their hardest to be difficult. We got nasty calls at 9am on the day the monthly fee was due. This place is a dump and has extremely combative unprofessional employees. They are so behind the times, they are probably completely unaware of their bad publicity! Do yourself a favor and find another place for your things! read more
