This place was horrible. We used the unit for about 8 months, when I went to get my stuff out, it was covered in a thick layer of dust, bugs, spider webs, and water marks from rain. There was never anyone in the office when we went to try to pay them and they never answered the phone when we were transferred to them by the phone reps in corporate. They also refused to let us pay by card, they made us pay cash always. We had to use one of their locks, could not bring our own, and theirs are overpriced. The area is rough as well and more than once there were drug addicts just walking through the facility. Did not feel safe pregnant and by myself. I was floored when we would go the hours they were supposed to be open and they would turn us away because, "they're closing early" multiple times. Never will use again. read more

i have had issues with this storage facility in the past so I felt I should write this review to point out the new manager they have hired. Her name is Pam and I want to commend her she has cleaned the place up significantly! I used to dread going down to even make a payment but I honestly can say she has made all the difference in this facility no more unsavory people hanging out, no more trash and debris everywhere, and it seems the employees are alot more eager to help and take care of you when you go there! Pam always says hi and makes a point to make conversation with anyone who drives up into the lot I can only assume it would deter anyone who might be doing something they shouldn't pretty smart Pam! Thanks Pam you have single handedly made the place safer, cleaner, and more pleasant to be at!! I will keep my business here because of the improvements she has done she's awesome! Janet was very helpful. She even swept out our unit before we moved into it!! She accepted the declaration page of my homeowners, and did not require I purchase their insurance.(As someone else had written). She lives on site, which makes me feel my things are safer. I like the gate hours, which are until 8pm daily, significantly later than the others I looked at. The floor is even, at another facility I looked at there was a lip the entire length of the unit, reducing storage space with no flat surface by 10 inches. read more

I had a great experience with StorQuest off of E Bell road. The customer service via phone helped me reserve my unit, and in person, Janet was extremely efficient in helping me get checked in. I needed a smaller 5x10 unit where I can drive up to and Janet made sure I had the right size storage and also provided me with a cart to help move my items in the 111 degree desert heat. Close to me, great people. The 10X15 is a bit odd with no single big door, it has three 4' doors. I worked around it, but made it tough to get the unit stacked then way I wanted too. Read about the lock, I went prepared to use my own lock and found out this property uses some internal ball system not a standard lock. Also had to buy insurance for $10 a month. So what seemed like a good deal is costing me more then I originally planned. read more

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL staff, NO RESPONSES TO BILLING ISSUES! They charged me for a late fee because they MOVED MY DUE date from the 29th (what is stated in my contract) to the 27th. While the rep in their call center understood immediately and apologized as well as informing me that it must have been a mistake and that she would have someone from the property call me. Well, the next day the people from the property called me and tried to say that since my billing date was 1 day before the end of the month on some months 2 days on others, that they had taken the liberty of adjusting that day for the month of FEB (non sensical). They also had the nerve to say that I shouldn't have paid the bill with the late fee and that I should have called earlier.... well I had called earlier, but I get to work before they open and don't leave work until after they are closed, and since the people at the phone support center can't do anything to help with billing I was relegated to the weekend hours for direct contact. Anyhow, the point of all of this is that here we are, more than a month later and though I have submitted a review and a request directly to their site I have gotten nowhere/ no response and while the late fee is only $20, I am amazed at their lack of professionalism and can't be done with this company soon enough!!! If you expect any sort of decency or service from these people once you have rented a unit you are looking in the wrong place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! read more

Manager Robert was a great help! Even with his printer not working to print the lease I was in & out in less than 5 minutes with signing a paper lease. I had my daughter there & he was quick to hand her a water bottle when she said she was thirsty. Great guy, knowledgeable, clean facilities, happy customer :) read more

Three things I did not like. You are required to use a lock that they sell - $9.99. You are required to buy their insurance - $10 a month. The doors to the 10x12 lockers are only 4 ft wide. Note also that the some of the rows in this location are too small for a pickup truck with a trailer. read more

Very clean and organized place, run by a very helpful manager, Ian. The price for a 10 x 11 was really good. Access for a full service moving van would be impossible and would require a shuttle service which is usually an extra cost but access for standard cars and trucks is no problem!
