I do not write reviews, but I felt that I needed to inform people about the kind of service they might receive working with this company. On September 16, 2024, I called and spoke with Adam. I provided him with details of the work I needed and agreed to pay the $95 call-out fee plus the $160 per hour labor fee. I clarified that my RV awning had come off at the roll, about two feet. Adam said they could fix it, but it might cost more depending on the labor hours needed. On September 17, 2024, Gary, the service technician, arrived to fix the awning. He was at my home for approximately one hour. Gary informed my wife that he would not be able to fix the awning and would need to replace the entire awning fabric due to the faulty work done by the manufacturer. Gary then charged her a total of $255, the full price, despite not fixing anything! On September 18, 2024, Adam called to quote me a price of $1300 on top of the $255 to fix the awning. I was shocked to be charged $255 just to be told what I already knew - that my awning was broken. No work had been completed, yet I was expected to pay an additional $1300! This was not the service I had anticipated. I politely informed Adam that I was unhappy with the service I received. I was expecting to pay the $95 call-out fee, not the $160 labor cost when no labor was done. Opening the awning to look at it and then closing it back up is not worth $160. On top of that, Adam wanted an extra $1300. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Adam became defensive and talked over me, treating me as if I were a child. After a few seconds, I managed to tell him that I no longer wanted to do business with him. In a hostile manner, Adam responded, "You know what, I don't want to do business with you." Frustrated, I hung up and called Camping World, where I was quoted $825 for the top-end fabric, including labor. You have been warned! read more

Called on Thursday late evening for a somewhat emergency electrical issue on our Airstream and we were able to get them to come out the following morning. Our technician, Gary, was professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue, he also checked on several extra things for us and taught me a few extra things I didn't know about our trailer. Highly recommend their service! read more

ARK was able to come out the morning after I called to fix a grey tank valve as we had to leave the next morning. Ross did a very good job, but ARK is on the pricey side, but so is almost any mobile service. I'm very happy with the work and the service. read more

I had an electrical issue with my 5th wheel RV and working remotely that is critical. I called in and he was very walked me through basic troubleshooting first sending someone out. They were able work me in the schedule same day and the tech showed up on time, friendly and professional. Got me up and running quickly. We called Adam to look at our heater that was making a loud noise, then it stopped working in our travel trailer in Sunriver.. The fan his employee put in the heater lasted only one hour before it broke fins again. During the install, the guy must have bent something causing interference with the fan and when it heated up, it was rubbing and vibrating. So after spending $1200 for them to repair my heater, I got one hour of heat from it. Now I'm having someone else repair it correctly. Ark Mobile services remedy was to install another new heater for another $1200??? What owner doesn't check the work of an employee if a new fan stops working 1 hour after it was turned on? Then wants us to pay another 1200.00 to come back out! He wont answer calls, or emails. So now I will review his business bad, then its small claim. I'm so tired of businesses not standing by their work, doing terrible work, wont come fix the problem the right way or refund any, we had to get another RV repair man out there, more money out and he found the problem of what Adams business did. My 34' fifth wheel's electric jack system failed, and my slide-out was off-kilter. Adam seemed to understand my jumbled self-diagnosis even better than I did. Ark was in the park where we were staying, working on another trailer. I asked Adam if he could take a quick look at the toilet in our fifth wheel because the pedal had fallen off. He spent about ten minutes and said he snapped it back on but it wasn't on right and that we should be gentle with the pedal. He recommended we get a new toilet. He charged $135. The next time we flushed the toilet (gently) the pedal fell off, and so did the spring. I asked for at least a partial refund and he argued at length, accusing me of being the type of person who isn't happy with anything. Finally, he agreed to refund half, but by the end of the conversation it sounded like he would not be refunding anything. If you have another alternative, I would recommend not using Ark. read more

I was on a 5 week roadtrip when I rammed my trailer into a curb and broke one of the stabilizers. I was only a day into my trip and the 4th of July holiday was coming up. As I was driving from California to Oregon I decided to see if anyone in Bend would have this part and could fix it quickly. I called a couple people and they said it would take a week because of the holiday. My last call was to Ark RV Mobile Repair. I spoke with Adam, He said he would try to get me the part and fix it that day! He phoned back quickly and said they could get the part and to meet him in La Pine which was on my way to Bend. I met him at Gordy's Truck Stop. He fixed it on the spot and fixed a broken cabinet door that had broken on my first day. I was shocked at his customer service and his ability to get the job done quickly. Such a nice guy too!! I highly recommend Ark! Call them first. You won't regret it. In regards to Ark mobile Rv repair and service I found them to be friendly Chris did the service call he was timely and efficient. However Adam the owner has a lot of miss understanding issues. I called on a Friday night with issues with my refigerator not kicking on to gas when un plugged from power. Adam returned my call on Saturday morning and we discussed whats happening with fridge and their hourly rate which I was told $85 an hour and time and a half for weekends nothing was said about a call out fee only that there is a minimum of one hour. I said it back to him and then agreed I could wait till monday I would be at a closer location and prefered the lower rate, plus I could run my generator to keep it cold till then. We said okay and made a appointment for monday afternoon. Chris showed on time and did a great job. But Adam told him it was my water heater that was the issue. What? I had other things for Chris to work on and 3.25 hrs latter all is good. Then the bill...what the heck! I was charged a call out fee of $85 And a hourly rate of $135 Not what Adam said at all!!! Chris apologized and said he will tell Adam, and he did. When I called Adam tuesday morning, he did not call me. He said that I misunderstood the rates....no I didn't I even said them back to him. When I mentioned about how Chris was told it was the water heater, Adam said Chris misunderstood also. I called around and the going rate for mobile service in this area is $80-85 an hour with a call out fee of $50-85. Shop service is from $95-110 an hour ofcourse no call out fee. Adam would only say there was a misunderstanding to me and to his employee. No apologies No refund of over charge. Adam also said that his techs show up in a big truck with lots of tools and parts, but the other people/businesses only have a small truck and a few parts. Now Adam is going to talk down about his compitition. In my opinion from my experience. ....service was good but not worth $135 an hour! And definitely not worth dealing with someone who has so many misunderstandings with everyone including his own techs at Your Expense! read more

Not only did Adam not diagnose our problem he did not fix it when he said he did. I called and Adam said to put Commando packets in the tank, we did that and then fished out the plastic packets that didn't go down, another call and Adam said to go get a tank digester and use that. Instead we called Chris at At Your Door RV Service and got a correct diagnosis and a lot of help. I FULLY EXPECT ADAM TO REFUND HALF OF MY $237.00 because he didn't do anything! read more

This turned out to be a real bad experience, I had a refrigerator go out, a couple of days later the trailer started to fill up with carbon monoxide, we called Ark Mobile talked to Adam, he sent his son out the next day to check out our problem, plus our water heater was not working on the electric side, so he showed up right away. His son took out the furnace to show the adjuster, put in a plug so I could still us my range but when turned on my propane started to smell propane inside the trailer he forgot to tighten the plug never tested for leaks. Fixed the water heater but again never tested, the service switch he never hooked up had to have it fixed, never put back the fuse in the fuse box. The worse thing is ----the insurance signed off on all new doors, seals, two cooling units, all of the parts and labor, it was cheaper and faster to buy a new one and just slip it in. I would have done the same thing but he billed us $440 dollars extra even after my son in law and his two son helped his son get the old one out and the new one placed in the hole. This service okay if you have a small project that they already know how to do. They did eventually solve our problem but to the tune of $4,000.00 by the time they counted all the hours it took them to figure out they had installed the wrong part in the first place. They charged us $1891 for putting in the $700.00 transmission touchpad. But when it didn't work, it took them another 14 hours to figure out what another mechanic who knew computers figured in 15 minutes. They had installed the wrong touchpad. So they did get it fixed. But they didn't warranty their work and charged us the 14 hours it took them to figure it out. Basically you will be paying for their education at $135.00 per hour. Our advice. If it's a small project and they already know how to fix it, go ahead and use them. If they don't know what's wrong- look around and find someone else. read more

I find this group was amazingly expensive for the services rendered. 4 or 5 trips as the cost mentioned by Traci N. to not find, solve or complete my solution. LEARNING on the job at $135 an hour. Ridiculous!! Take some advice, learn from YouTube and DIY for a better job. read more
