Donnie spent all the time needed to help us pick the right trailer to fit our needs. We never felt rushed. He patiently answered all of our questions and showed us so many they all blended together. He took us back to make a top three list and we went back and forth until we settled on the perfect one for us. We settled on a very fair price and we are very happy. Everyone we have dealt with so far has been great! Right from the start we felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I was shocked to read some of these reviews and I can tell you it is the absolute 100 percent opposite of our experience with Big Country. Look folks you're buying an Rv, camper or trailer. These aren't pianos or fine woodwork finish carpentry pieces. All of them are made as light as possible with minimalist materials. They aren't meant to be your house. Little things are going to break or need to be adjusted and maintained regularly. Its part of the deal. If your not ready for that don't buy one, and sure as heck don't blame the dealership for these. If you need an Rv go ask for Donnie! tell him Carl sent ya. He will treat you right. With the dealership's permission, I installed replacement seals they provided, but the leak continued. It was later determined that the door had not been mounted correctly, meaning the original seal replacement was not the correct fix. The issue has gone through multiple repair attempts, including repairs at a local dealer and work performed by the manufacturer. I have been trying to get the ramp door replaced through the manufacturer since April 7 and am still waiting for a resolution. The manufacturer is also aware of additional issues with this brand-new trailer. The bathroom floor became wet from the city water connection, and during my most recent trip I discovered the shower curtain frame had not been properly sealed, allowing water to run down the track and onto the floor. On the way home, my bedroom door also came loose and fell off. I have given the dealership and manufacturer multiple opportunities to correct these problems, but the amount of time, effort, and follow-up required to get warranty issues addressed has been extremely disappointing. I expected a much better ownership experience after purchasing a new trailer.

I called Mobil RV Services and he promptly determined brake box in truck was bad. Went and got a new one and we were repaired within a couple of hours. Update: After reading my Yelp review the service manager at…read moreAll Seasons called me. Apparently he just took over as the service manager a few weeks prior. He was friendly and he wanted to make the situation right. I took my trailer back in to All Seasons and met with the service manager to talk about what needed to be done to take care of the warranty work correctly. It was a lot better experience than I had previously when dropping my trailer off and he told me it would be ready within a week. The work was done within the time he told me and the service manager met me when I came in to pick up my trailer. We took a look at the work that was done and he explained what they did to fix it. The work was ok but there is still some bubbles on the roof seal on two of the three edges that they worked on but I think I can live with it. I am glad that they were willing to make it right and the new service manager sounds like he is trying to improve the quality of work and service in the service department.

I also messaged Eric and he soon responded to my message. On my message I gave him the information his web site said make, model and type. Eric called and said that he was coming out this way to another client but later in the week and he would call me with confirmatio. The other client canceled so he was able to help me fix the situation by phone and not come out all this way. Thank you Eric for your help and getting us working again to enjoy our vacation.
