We were highly impressed by the level of detail in the work: after removing the moldings/trims, they were meticulously stripped of old caulking and cleaned before being reinstalled along the new roof; when the vents and a/c were put back in place, the self-leveling caulking applied around them was neat and perfect; there was not a speck of trash left on site, and they even rolled a magnetic wheel around the ground to retrieve any dropped/missed staples or nails. Chris and Elijah took the time each day to do the job right, rather than hurry through to get home early. You won't be sorry if you put your RV in their hands.

We have had multiple problems. The latest, in that 18 months, the roof sagged a bit over 3 1/2". It had been sagging since we got it back. Not good for a complete rebuild. We just did not know how bad it was initially or how bad it had gotten. Chris did an excellent job of assessing the extent of the poor workmanship and repairs needed. His estimate was also very accurate and fair. The new roof used tubular steel and was reinforced in one place to accommodate a small AC, that request was added on, if we ever decided to install one. We now have a roof that can handle being stood on if ever needed and it won't sag! Throughout the repair Chris documented the damage, and the installation of the new roof. If he had a question he called, or texted. The communication was very good and helped us trust that we made a good choice in working w/ Chris. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the experience provided by Chris and Rusted Hitch Restoration!

As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately, very rudely told that they were in a meeting. I tried to explain that I was just here to leave the dump trailer and was disregarded and told that I needed to leave. Another person stepped in and informed me that it was at 9:30 and again that I needed to leave. I immediately got upset by how I was treated over a misunderstanding of the time, if you're going to have a meeting you would think the doors would be locked not wide open. Nobody had even bothered to greet me or ask what I was even there for to clear up the misunderstanding I went in not knowing that I was interrupting a meeting and was essentially kicked out in the rudest way possible. As soon as I left, I had felt so blindsided and made the choice to not take the dump trailer. Being a small business owner myself I would never treat a client in such a rude manner. This company lacks manners, friendliness, customer service and being remotely personable I will not be recommending this company to anybody I know. Be wary with this company if you choose to have business with them because they definitely won't treat you well.

But I also noted that he was going to try to get parts we needed to cover some warranty work. If you know about warranty's on RV's, you know it could be a hassle. And if you travel full time moving place to place, you know how time consuming getting an appointment can be... mobile RV techs are always super busy, and how challenging it can be to get the warranty company to approve things. Well Chris had approval within days, parts ordered and he got them yesterday.... Today, he was here and now he is gone! He replaced/upgraded our toilet, bathroom sink and fireplace! He had to do some cabinetry support and frame work for the new and BETTER Furrion Fireplace and it looks amazing! Better than before. So here it is folks... this man has held true to his word. When he tells you he is going to do something, he is going to. If he says he will try... he really will... I can't believe he got the fireplace as fast as he did! He did it all in the time we had and we will be rambling on down the road again on Friday... because Chris is a man of his word. Integrity... doing the right thing when no one will know. He could have just passed on our needs... he solved it. Honest... he didn't play around when it came to his word. Russell arrived as expected, was very friendly, conscientious, and thorough. Kept us informed about the steps he was taking and delivered us and our pickup and fifth wheel to the dealership. He pulled the van forward, I climbed in and activated the battery boost button (jumps the chassis battery with the rv house battery), started the van and re-parked it a couple feet from the fence. Eric was able to resolve the issues I was having in my camper van, even though several other technicians had taken a look at it previously and couldn't. One was even a machinist who had 30 years of experience! Anyway, for a little bit there it looked like Eric wasn't going to be able to resolve the problem either, but he dug in his heels and persevered to fix it, which made me absolutely thrilled! for a very reasonable price also. I've been having problems with my furnace turning off mid cycle for a long time. I finally decided to call a tech and Eric came out to help me. After my truck was in and out of this shop for 7 months, and paying them over $10,000, I was told…read morenot to bring the truck back. Andrew said they couldn't figure the issue out and blamed it on the wiring. I only drove the truck 200 miles in this 7 months because I was convinced it had a real issue. I took the truck to another diesel shop in Bend and they found the issue in less than 5 minutes in the parking lot. My truck needed a simple $60 boost relief valve. Fixed the full throttle check engine light and loss of power that I'd spent thousands to repair. A 1999 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke is basic enough I didn't expect a shop with their "reputation" to be so reckless recommending repairs that turned out to be expensive guesses. I would not recommend House of Power to do any diesel work. I can't believe what they were able to talk me into and hopefully this review will help others avoid the nightmare I experienced

Trac still doesn't care, they immediately sent the bill to collections and I have no clue where the car is. After much research....this is a legal practice. Does that make it right? I don't think so and I will never give this company another dime because of it. Hopefully this helps someone else though. If you sell a vehicle...notify DMV immediately! You can be held responsible if the new owners don't do their part.
