I recently moved to Sherwood, AR. Needed to transfer my care quickly and gain needed referrals for specialist. I was able to get an appt at Primary Care 360 in less than a week! I was blessed enough to have been seen by Julia Chambers, CNP. She truly listened to me, addressed ALL of my needs, concerns and health issues both past and newly developed. She saw me as an individual, not a diagnosis and took time with me. She was caring, knowledgeable, proficient, insightful, encouraging and well, I truly can't say enough about her. People should be judged on the basis of merit and competence and these two have neither and, I believe, make the rest of the staff--and patients--miserable with their incompetence and behavior. If you don't mind sitting in the waiting room for 1 - 1 1/2 hours when you get there before being seen or having to deal with either one of these people who ought to be fired, but know everyone is too afraid to fire them (which is ridiculous but a fact in this country) because they are simply impossible to deal with and cover for each other, so you simply cannot get through most times to the rest of the staff who are competent, adept at solving the problems created by these two and perfectly lovely to deal with, then don't waste your time and look elsewhere for a primary care physician, because it will affect your health. My wife was recently told by Dr. Massey that she would no longer be able to see her as her primary…read morecare doctor "due to an unhealthy patient / physician relationship." This decision was sent by certified mail without any explanation. After contacting the office manager, she could not give me any explanation either after talking to the doctor as why this decision was made by her. I feel that this was due to declining Dr. Massey's suggestion that she see a psychiatrist, which neither my wife or I felt was necessary with the symptoms she was experiencing. It is the only explanation I can think of. So beware, do it her way or hit the highway. I also feel that it is very unprofessional of Dr. Massey not to provide a valid explanation or even speak to my wife prior to her making this decision. If you want to have some control over your own care, this is not the doctor you want to see.
