After calling for an appointment, I was told my account was on hold. I got transferred to billing and paid a $400 bill "in order to schedule an appointment" after paying and being transferred back to scheduling, I was told that my children needed to be approved to be seen by the practice again. After going there and recommending them for MANY years and to MANY friends and family, I was told VIA VOICEMAIL that I am no longer allowed at this practice with my children. When calling for records to be released to see another ped, they refuse to answer phones and put you on hold for a long amount of time RUN FAR FROM THIS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!

Been seeing her for 3 years with multiple kids and her kindness and fantastic service each appointment has kept me coming back-- highly recommend for your lactation needs! - Dr Dobkins in particular is fantastic. A wealth of knowledge and experience. Never feel rushed and answers questions well, without any judgement. - Have always had fantastic and prompt response when needed after hours service with an on call doctor. - when needed same day appointment for emergencies, have never been refused and given same day appointment every time for the past 3 years. There is nothing worse than being a first time mom and asking a few thought out questions only to be made to feel like in idiot. He did not do that at all! He took his time and answered each one thoughtfully. The nurse who took the vitals and introductory information was great as well. Super sweet woman. Random thing to like... but I love that they give you a piece of paper with all your kids info on it and notes from the doctor at the end to take home. My only feedback would be that the receptionists seem like overwhelmed or tired or something. Upon entry and exit both of the ladies that handled me were grumpy and seemed cold. I'm sure it's hard when you deal with so many people so whatever. I can deal with that though for a great doctor, good nurses, a patient portal, clean office and a separate sick waiting room. *I'm still going here two years later and we still see Schraiber for both of my boys. He's my favorite and the front staff still has bad manners. I try to cut people a break, but it's like they all hate their job. I was just in the other week for my second son's monthly check up. I was walking him around a full waiting room with no seats and the receptionist yells very loudly "Lady lady lady who can't sit down and has bad handwriting what's your baby's name?!? I can't read your chicken scratch and I'm too busy to figure it out!!" So I just very meekly say "it's pretty hard to write with a baby on your hip." Two minutes later a new mom and her baby come out and this same receptionist just steam rolls her. I don't get it. How do the doctors keep people like this who are their director of first impressions?!

Because of that, we were especially disappointed by the way we were treated. We recently received a call informing us that our insurance was no longer accepted, even though we are in the middle of the year. To better understand the situation, we did a three-way call with BlueCross Blue Shield and a representative from Sander's. Unfortunately, the Sander's representative, Jennifer, was extremely rude throughout the conversation - not only to us, but also to the BlueCross representative. She repeatedly interrupted us while we were trying to ask questions and, numerous times during the call, announced that she was "leaving the call" even though we were still trying to understand what was happening and had unanswered questions. It felt like she was more interested in ending the conversation than helping us. To make matters even more unprofessional, she answered another phone call while she was still on the line with us. We could hear her entire conversation, making it obvious that she was no longer listening to us or focused on resolving our concerns. We were honestly shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the entire interaction was. We completely understand that insurance contracts and coverage can change. What is not acceptable is treating patients with disrespect when they are simply trying to understand their options for their children. Families deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect, and unfortunately that was completely lacking in our experience. Based on this experience, we would absolutely not recommend Sander's Court Pediatrics to any family looking for a pediatric practice that values its patients.

I get there my son gets checked but I didn't get the form when I asked for it I got told I had to wait 3-5 buisness days to get the form. Receptionist Wth?! Are you going to retype the form and write the form in hand Wth! So now my son will be missing school for a week thanks for the inconvenience! I'm definitely switching pediatricians. Took my other son not long ago for a diagnosis "empitigo" and the "Dr"/ "pediatrician" said it was just a scab. Had to take my son to urgent care cause it got worse urgent care actually treated it like should've! Dr. CHARO is literally the only legit nicest doctor! Everyone else is horrible. I have blue cross blue shield PPO insurance I'm not asking for a favor I'm asking for you to do your job get me my form the same day I made the appointment for. I've never gotten a physical form 3-5 days later in any other pediatricians office. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! (UPDATE!) finally pulling my kids out of this practice. I gave it another chance but this time I called to make an appointment they couldn't see my 3 kids for immunizations because my account was locked due to front desk not doing their job like taking in copays or even so updating their software since "they can't see when someone has copay" yet they have money to remodel and add more office space. Donna or Sherryl whatever her name is specifically said that if I knew I had to pay copay and I pay at other doctors I should've told front desk and had paid with them as well. They accumulated copayments up $500 & blamed it on me and wouldn't see my kids until I pay that. She obviously couldn't even apologize or take fault she kept blaming me. Manager needs to update the software or train front desk correctly I asked for my kids medical records and said she "no you have to pay the balance first" I have a child with ADHD and need records for treatment but still she said they had rights to withhold my kids medical records. I did what I'm suppose to after calling my attorney I printed out release of medical record form filled it in went in to turned it in and now I shall see if they have the right or not. Office has 30 days otherwise they will hear from my attorney. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PRACTICE OUR CHILDREN DESERVE DOCTORS THAT ACTUALLY CARE. All they do is pile fees and bills and they always have to be right.

We now have two kids and have moved further North, but are happy to make the commute because we know and trust all the Doctors. My sister brings her kids and stepson to this practice too (her stepson's mom lives pretty far away and happily makes the commute). This team is great. The Doctors always seem to remember our girls. They are super helpful. In the hospital Dr. Robertson heard a murmer on my oldest that even impressed the cardiologist from Lurie's. Our second had RSV when she was a week old, and Dr. Minciotti came by our hospital room everyday for moral support. They have upgraded their offices, so alot of the older reviews are out of date. They have an online portal these days that is really easy to access. And they are now part of Pedia Trust so there are after hour clinics you can go to, where they can access your childs records. I actually prefer the smaller rooms, as it is easier to make sure the little one's are not running around like crazy. I am also shocked that they do not have 5 stars. We judge our Doctors and their teams by the level of care they give. This team definitely deserves a five!

I was also charged more for a visit that took less time and testing than the one a week prior. It seems they charge whatever they feel like at the time and not based on actual provided services. They charged my card BEFORE I received the bill and refuse to delete my billing information. Emphasis is placed on making as much $$ as possible and not providing care. You just lost 2 patients over $50.
