They kept saying it was just the smart thermostat adjusting .. We asked for anew thermostat 4 months later . A Freon leak was discovered. A few months later it flooded my attic from poor insulation and bad back flow switch. They would not stand behind the purchase or installation. It also had faulty coils in the first few months and yet again less than a year later . Never heard from them . I called the city and they never had the unit and installation permitted .. Very undependable unfortunate experience.. .

Blaise set up an appointment for 1/28/26 @ 8:45 AM. 28 January - About 8:33 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise which indicated he was enroute, and should be arriving within about fifteen minutes. About 8:50 AM, Blaise arrived. We discussed our perceived issues and he examined the freezer drawer [Whirlpool refrigerator/ freezer]. After he examined the freezer drawer, he ensured the seal was functional and then reglued it to the freezer door. He then then ordered a replacement "rail support rod" for the freezer pullout door unit. Before his departure, he scheduled a return visit for Noon, Feb. 6, 2026, About 9:32 AM, Blaise departed the house. 6 February - About 8:26 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that a truck issue [nail in tire] will cause a delay in expected arrival. About 1:50 PM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that he was enroute, and would arrive in about an hour. About 3:15 PM, Blaise arrived. He quickly installed the new "rail support rod" for freezer pullout door unit. After checking that the installation was correct, he ensured that the pullout freezer drawer operated as expected. He also rechecked the freezer drawer seal, to ensure that it was still in place. About 3:40 PM, Blaise departed the house. Blaise is an exceptional service/ support representative for A-Aaron Appliance Service & Repair. He is: personable, professional, knowledgeable. He listened to our perceived issues, examined the refrigerator/ freezer, and then provided a clear explanation of his plan to correct our issues. I bought a new Whirlpool washer from Lowes and I purchased a Service Agreement. One year and a month in my washer broke. I called Lowes and they dispatched a service company, Jax Appliance Repair. I thought, her we go again! He showed up for the appointment, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He called the following Wednesday and told me the part was in and he could install it on Friday. He no called, no showed me, and would not respond to my texts or phone calls. Two weeks later, I am starting over with a new guy because Assurant told me he closed the ticket to indicate it was complete. Still no call. So tomorrow a new company is coming and I hope we get a good result. So far I have spent $130 on laundry servces, It's rediculous in this day and age with the communication we have to not reach out to your customers. BAD BAD BAD, stay away!!
