Based off conversations and other reviews, it appears they use subcontractors which I imagine keep costs lower. The quote/proposal has a decent amount of information, I'd probably say a little better than the average of the 7 quotes so that's always a plus for the customer. Company representative was kind, responsive and helpful at the beginning however after providing the original proposal, additional documentation was offered to be provided to help with the process from the company/representative and for whatever reason that seemed to be the big issue. Each week for about a month, certain documentation which the representative voluntarily offered to provide was promised to be provided and each week it was never received and the same apology for being busy was given. It's understandable that people are busy/have outside factors going on in life but why promise to provide something and then give a reason to why it didn't happen for each week going on 3+ weeks. After checking in on the paperwork not being received and wondering when it's going to happen, the representative got very irritated along with some interesting words but basically said good luck and moved on. I'd say more but the representative seemed pretty unhinged so I'll leave it at that and let you decide for yourself. Can't speak for the type of work done, however the experience was strange but on the positive side the price was competitive for sure.
