From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted by state-of-the-art equipment and a professional, caring team that stays with you until you leave with a brand-new smile. Unfortunately I couldn't put off having my wisdom teeth removed any longer and was dreading it. Honestly I would have NEVER had my wisdom teeth extracted especially after two of my friends informed me of their subsequent extreme pain for 4 days which apparently is quite common. Side note: they had their extractions w/ different dentists. If I had known this guy was a miracle worker I would've done this procedure a lot sooner. FYI, I don't have a high threshold for pain and to my pleasant surprise I had absolutely ZERO pain. The next day I had slight discomfort and a little swelling but absolutely no pain and that's what I was dreading every morning when I woke up. I cannot thank Dr Hosseini and his incredible staff for a wonderful experience for something that is commonly associated with pure pain. I'm still in shock that I had zero pain but this dentist has a loyal patient in me for life.

Sure enough, coming here confirmed I was right! This place is honest, trustworthy and truly puts patients first. I fell in love after my very first visit! Every dental hygienist I've had here has been awesome, but my favorite is Brittany! She's hands down the friendliest person in the world. I love how she remembers the little things about me, even though I only see her twice a year! The office manager at the Palm Ave branch was unable to explain why my data was missing or where it went. I also found that the practice uses more than one online booking link, which may not be properly integrated. This raises concerns about organization and potential data handling practices. This experience left a negative impression, and the level of professionalism reflected in their Google ratings now seems questionable. I let my conscience be my guide and canceled my appointment. An elderly widow came in for her cleaning appointment with her hygienist. The doctor reviewed her file and said she could not be worked on because her medical history and medications she was on had not been updated. This woman is on a walker with no one to help her, she lost her husband three years earlier. She was alone!! After she was informed that they couldn't work on her she asked could an Uber be called for her. The Dental hygienist that was going to work on her now had free time because her appointment was an hour appointment, now she had a little time to help her. This elder lady walked with a walker!! The hygienist decided I will TAKE HER HOME MYSELF!! The hygienist helped her out with her walker, put her in her car and drove her home! That is truly going above and beyond, showing empathy and caring for the people you serve and work on!! This woman should receive the equivalent of the purple star from her employer. But even so, the wait never feels too long. During the visit, the hygienists were polite and talked me through every step of the cleaning. They also worked with me in regards to getting x-rays done on my teeth for the first time, and were so accommodating when I asked for modifications due to my thyroid. When I needed work done on my teeth, Dr. Kamel throughout explained what needed to be done, how it would be done, and what timeline I should consider to ensure that my teeth are getting the best care. My needs came first whenever I got dental work done as they would check on my comfort level, ask if I needed any changes to the procedure, and ask if I was okay after it was done. And as someone who hates tooth drilling (a lot), they make it easy! There was no mystery on any procedures or their cost. The office is very upfront. It is also easy for me to make subsequent appointments because the office staff guided me on what dates/times are available and work with me to see what is best for my schedule (the appointments aren't that long either). I live up north and consider it well worth the travel. The location is great too since you can go and shop right after you're done, or visit some shops before you go in.
