First time they claimed I never made an appointment even though I always make one with my husband and then they still tried arguing. This last time they tried calling me less then 12 hours before my appointment telling me they had to change my time by over two hours but my husband could keep his the same so we had to go back and forth before they "called other people" and called me back less than thirty seconds later to tell me it is okay for my original time I scheduled 6 months beforehand. Other than that... this place is AMAZING. The staff here and hygienists are insanely good and thorough with their cleanings and I love how they also give me a little toothpaste to take home when I am finished! I never have to wait long when I check in! Their waiting room is rather small with a handful of chairs but it is never crowded to where I have to stand or wait outside. The place is also very clean and I like that each room has a television that they play music from so the cleanings are never quiet and awkward! A lovely dentist that could use a little help with their last minute warnings and small appointment issues but overall an amazing place with an amazing dentist, Dr. Gonzalez!!!

The staff here is always incredibly friendly and I have never had a negative interaction with any of them. Making an appointment is very seamless and they give you more than enough reminders for when your upcoming appointment is. They take their time and I love that they do because my teeth always feel incredibly fresh and clean after my cleanings or check ups if I think I might have an issue. Dr Gonzalez is one of the friendliest people that I know and doesn't feel like I am being rushed out when I am talking to him. I am not a fan of the other dentist that recently started because it feels like she is trying to push products such as claiming I have an overbite when my orthodontist has never said anything about it and I have had braces. They are open every day of the week and every other Sunday and their office is very clean and I never feel like I am on top of anyone when I'm here and waiting for my cleaning. A truly amazing dentist and practice that I hope to continue to go for as long as I can! I also love how the rooms have TVs that always have something very common relaxing playing on them whether it is different images of nature or animals. I also love that the seating is very cushioned and every piece of dental equipment is always incredibly clean.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office, and I honestly felt like they were…read moretrying to scare me into paying for unnecessary and very expensive treatments. I only had a small piece of my tooth chipped and went in expecting to have it repaired with a filling. Instead, I was told that I needed a root canal and a crown, which would cost nearly $4,000 with insurance. They also presented me with multiple payment plans. On top of that, they told me that I needed two bridges for the teeth next to it, suggesting that otherwise I could lose my natural teeth. That treatment was quoted at nearly $6,000. Without insurance, they told me the total could be around $17,000-$18,000. What made me even more uncomfortable was that when I said I wanted to get a second opinion and compare prices elsewhere, they told me to call them afterward and let them know what the other dentist charged so they could see if they could match the price. This made me seriously question their recommendations and whether the treatments were truly necessary. I then went to the dental office where I had previously gotten my teeth cleaned, and their assessment was completely different. They told me that I only needed a filling. They explained that the chip was very close to the nerve, so if I experienced significant pain after the filling, I should contact them because further treatment might then be necessary. They charged me only $175 for the filling plus a $50 fee because I didn't have an appointment. I also asked if there was anything else I needed to take care of. They said I had four other teeth that could eventually use fillings, but none of them were urgent or dangerous, so I could take care of them gradually. The total for all was about $2,100 without insurance. I'm not a dentist, so I can't say for certain which treatment was medically necessary. However, the huge difference between the two evaluations and prices was enough to make me very uncomfortable. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive dental procedures, especially when you feel pressured or frightened into making a decision

I kept looking for signs that I needed to leave immediately and couldn't. Christine, the hygienist was the best I've ever had. My appointment took forever, not because they ran late but because they take their time with you. She takes digital photos of your teeth, showing you problem areas. They really care about you and your mouth. Even when the dentist comes in, it's not a quick visit. You're with him for another 10-15 minutes going over anything they find troubling. The coolest thing though? They have tv's on the ceiling. What a better place to have a tv, right? While they are digging in your mouth you can watch Judge Judy. And for that I love this place even more. They have a referral program that gives you $25 for every person you refer. I will never see another dentist as long as I live in this area.

It is situated in a strip mall with ample parking spaces available less than 100 feet from the entrance.The office decor and ambiance were comfortable without pretense. Overall my initial impression was positive. A front-office assistant greeted me within 10-20 seconds after entering, and the waiting room's three chairs were empty. This tells me that the office's standarf operating procedure may be to diminish waiting time and support distancing recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The office's internal foot-traffic control became more evident when I saw two or three patients return to the waiting room--one at a time--through a door, separating the waiting roon from a hallway to treatment rooms. Details such as these support my opinion that the office's management has created safety and a welcoming spirit by assuring that a new patient as I could complete all preliminary consents, medical history, and the like alone and uninterrupted until I was soon called, on time, to take a seat in my assigned treatment room. A staff member led the way to the treatment room rather than expecting me to go the distance in search of a numbered treatment room assigned to me. Yes, elsewhere and on multiple occasions, I have been subjected to scouting out a room, with a stranger 5-10 feet behind me barking out the room number--even correcting me when I failed to hit the mark on my first try. Not true of Luxe Dental, let's call the hunting and barking an unfriendly characteristic of many metro-area dental and medical practices. I cannot praise enough the choreographed staging my uneventful introduction provided me. It also instilled confidence long before I was introduced to the staff hygienist who took Xrays and an implant specialist who conducted a comprehensive dental and gingival exam. Prior to the first consultation appointment, my dental insurance information had been collected and confirmed. I also received a confirmatory call from an administrative assistant, updating me to my available benefits and reminding me to arrive ten minutes before the appointed time to complete admission paperwork. I might add a personal touch afforded me while I waited. I felt comfortable asking for water, which came in a disposable cup. More times than not, I don't ask any favors from the start--maybe I'm too shy but I assure you that the hospitality of this office was palpable in the welcome I received. It warmed my shy reticense. The office visit would have included a discussion of a plan of care, but my personal schedule did not allow it the same day. Instead, the office manager provided an appointment that easily fit my busy schedule during the same week to cover the care plan and projected procedural costs. My hope is to update this review as I experience more reasons why I recommend Luxe Dental highly without reservations.
