The reason I first came here was because I wanted a second opinion after another dentist tried to charge me an arm and a leg for something I didn't think I needed. Sure enough, coming here confirmed I was right! This place is honest, trustworthy and truly puts patients first. I fell in love after my very first visit! Every dental hygienist I've had here has been awesome, but my favorite is Brittany! She's hands down the friendliest person in the world. I love how she remembers the little things about me, even though I only see her twice a year! She always asks how work, my friends and family are doing, and even remembers my hobbies and what I do for fun. That kind of personal touch means a lot. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and the dentist himself, everyone here is awesome. The level of care and attention they give each patient is unmatched. I left an after-hours voicemail fully expecting to hear back after the new year, but to my surprise, Dr. Birns called me 2 days later on a Sunday afternoon. She had just returned from vacation, was checking messages, and managed to fit me in that following Monday. I couldn't believe my luck and jumped on the appointment immediately. Her office staff was wonderful, and Dr. Birns is absolutely superb. She smoothed the tooth, placed a temporary crown, and sent me on my way. A little over a week later, I returned for my permanent crown, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Birns--she's funny, knowledgeable, and truly caring. I sincerely hope she has no plans of retiring anytime soon because she's officially my dentist going forward.
