Almost a year ago I hired Armando's to do a "Move out Cleaning"... He mentioned that it'd take two people to clean my 1 bdrm apt. I lived in the place for 5 yrs at the time of moving out, I mentioned this to him and because I wanted him to know that it wasn't going to be a regular cleaning. He said it's taken about 2.5 to 3 hrs to complete. He came over at the agreed time, by himself, and got started... It took him almost 4.5hrs if I remember right. He did the best he could considering that it was probably a bit more than we thought... I just wanted him to concentrate on the kitchen and bathroom since that's where the majority of the work was anyway but I didn't want to micro-manage him so I left to unbox stuff at the new place. As I said it took him longer than we thought because I returned about 2hrs later and he was no where close to finished. So I left to run a few errands and came back an hour later, I felt bad so I didn't really look anything over too closely and he left. He did a great job, as I said before, for one person doing the job that should have been done by two. I looked over things a bit closer before the inspection and spent about an hour taking care of the things that were missed but I don't fault him for them... Mostly misc little things. I appreciate his help and do recommend him and his services the only reason I give it 3 star rating is because I was expecting two people as was discussed and it took longer than expected because of it. read more

Armando and his helper were amazing from the beginning to the end. About the customer service: I got a response for the quote the same day, he followed up with me as I was comparing other quotes, booked me promptly when we agree on a day and time, the day of the cleaning he was kind enough to wait for me as I was running late from an early errand, the cleaning itself was amazing and the charges were made as agreed, paid by phone/text services (which I prefer anyways). About the cleaning service: I requested a deep clean as my apartment (specifically my shower) needed some serious help. They cleaned everything i asked for (shower, oven, stove drip pans, ceiling fans, blinds) and more! (windows, all furniture surfaces were wiped and shined, baseboards, mirrors, and of course vacuum everywhere!) They even neetly placed my shoes in the closet and moved laundry baskets to vacuum underneath and then placed everything where it was previously. The best thing is that they ASKED me as they were going around the apartment if everything was to my satisfaction and ASKED me again at the end if there was anything else I would like. I would recommend them to anyone with no reservations. They were not just great cleaners but also outstanding in customer service. We just hired Armando's for a much needed deep clean of our duplex and couldn't have been more pleased with his work!! We have hired other companies in the past to do deep cleans that were a disappointment and not worth the money. The level of detail that was provided by Armando's was impeccable and you could tell he really stayed as long as it took to get the job done which I really appreciate as other companies seem to give up once they've hit a certain time limit. One of our showers looked better than the day we moved in. I also requested the service pretty last minute before an event we were hosting and he was so accommodating. Constantly in contact, constantly asking how things are looking and if anything else needs tending to. Asking what is important to me right as they walked in the door went a long way with me. I was very impressed from the onset with my initial contact with Armando, and once he showed up and started working he didn't disappoint. The cleaning session took longer than anticipated, but it was because my parents' house was a mess, and Armando and his team went above and beyond their to-do list. For other companies I worked with in the past, deep cleaning is just simply dusting and mopping. For Armando, deep cleaning is extensive detailing. Armando and his team turned my parents' house up-side-down. He is a true gentlemen and business owner. If I could give this service less than 1 star I would but Yelp prohibits it. My family has been in a fraudulent charge dispute over services with this business for over a month and it's gotten to the point that the accusations of us not paying are becoming ridiculous. We were misled from the beginning, experienced horrible quality of services and now are being accused of not paying the agreed upon price. Not only was our time wasted in the beginning of this due to a complete disregard of agreed upon services and the original contract but I would never recommend this business and frankly am surprised this hasn't happened to others. read more

They made multiple visits to a rental of mine that evidently hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in years. They knocked out a big job in multiple visits in about a weeks time. My tenants upon move in were happy, so I'm happy. I'll be using his services again for sure. I also feel like his price was extremely fair given the hours put in. I get the the feeling he's a busy guy and does quality work for a fair price. People like this are in demand so you have to work around his schedule. Mena's team did a great job doing a move-out cleaning on our home. They were friendly, polite, and worked very hard. The team would check with us after finishing cleaning the various parts of the house, which allowed us to ask them to touch up any areas that may have needed additional attention (which was rare). I do thorough research before booking any kind of service to make sure I am getting the best at a good price. I am glad I found Armando's cleaning service on yelp, he was very accommodating to my custom cleaning needs.
