There had been no previous attempt to contact me regarding these changes. I will say they almost broke my hair, I had a bad feeling after not having checked the foils during my process and the girl was double booked. So I asked them to wash it out. Yes i would rather leave with orange roots and have hair on my head. Then to blend everything, the stylist made my ends grey/purple ash blonde. It ruined my old blonde that I came in with. Not to take charge, but I did ask her as I watch the toner darken my ends into like a purple undertone, if she was sure it wouldn't soak the purple. But anyway, I paid the second consult price which was 310 or 320? Priced balayage, but left with anything than what I wanted or came in with :(.
