Armina Stone was supposed to arrive today in the afternoon to begin the removal of our old countertops. When they didn't arrive by 5pm, I called the CheswIck location. They said they would try to contact the driver, but assured me they would be there. An hour later, still no show & no call. I called back. No update. I emailed our salesperson. Finally got a text at 6:51pm saying they are running behind & should be there in 30 minutes. I ran an errand & got home within that timeframe. They weren't there. I can understand delays, but there was no communication & now I have no idea when they are doing the removal. Very disappointing. read more

I had nothing but trouble getting my granite countertops through Armina Stone. I went to Home Depot to order them and HD contracts with Armina Stone. There seems to be no communication within this company. It took 3 tries to get my countertops installed and my kitchen was torn up for weeks. The first time the granite was cracked. The second time they brought a piece of quartz that wasn't even close to what I had chosen. My contact person at Armina Stone offered me a $400 refund for my inconvenience but I never received the check. I called him numerous times about the missing check and my calls always went to his voicemail and he never called me back. I have heard of many people having trouble with this company. After waiting five weeks, we were supposed to have our countertops installed today. I cleared my schedule for the entire day to be here. They supposedly rang the doorbell and we didn't hear it, but even so the installers left before our install window even began and then said that we missed installation when I called to see what was going on 5 minutes after the beginning of the window. It has been hours and they won't give us any update on when we might expect to be installed. So far they have just said that we will have to be rescheduled again which presumable means waiting for weeks. The project manager called me unreasonable for asking when I would receive a call back with an update. I've been put on hold and then just sent to voicemail by the store staff. read more

10 DAYS!!! That's how long ago we walked into Armina Stone's warehouse of beautiful Granite slabs. Today we had our installation. 10 days!! Just a great experience, from Melissa to Greg to meeting Emre and finally his installers. We had had enough of paying for 4 inch samples that didn't speak to us the same way OUR hand-picked granite slab did. On top of that they emailed "preview" photos of the proposed cuts for our approval before they cut. Lastly, the price beat Lowes and another, where we were set on quartz until we met our slab. read more

I had a great experience with Armina Stone while remodeling my kitchen. The showroom has a large variety of stone and the employees were very helpful in showing me all the options available in Quartz. With the help of the staff, was able to select a Quartz that was the perfect style for my kitchen. After my selection of stone, Armina was very quick in scheduling a time for my kitchen countertops to be measured. I was scheduled to start at noon, and the measurer was extremely punctual. After the measurement, my countertops were fabricated and scheduled for install just one week later. The crew that delivered and installed the countertops were punctual, friendly, and professional (and strong!). The countertops were installed in a little over an hour. I needed one seam to get through my doorway and you can't even tell where they had to put it. The countertops look absolutely beautiful and could not look any better in my kitchen! Awful experience and could never recommend .Measurements wrong on first set of countertops so kitchen unusable for 2 weeks. Second install of countertops had scuff mark the width of top. Backsplash finally measured and installed weeks later but one wall too short and mismatched against adjoining backsplash also not flush against edge. They pumped in caulking to fill gap between backsplash and tile. Not letting them touch anything more. Home depot uses their workman so beware if buying from them. Absolutely worst experience I ever had with any business in my life. I spent $18,000 on a quartzite countertop for our kitchen. They cut the stone wrong 3 times. Yes, 3 times. They tried to force it in and get us to accept the huge cracks the first time, then they tried to put a piece in that didn't even match the color of the stone we had. Never once did they offer an apology, or offer to fix what they messed up until we insisted. We went without a kitchen for 6 weeks because they kept screwing it up every time they came. read more

What a total disaster please heed this caution and stay away from them. They have beautiful stones, so I went with them without heeding other cautions in reviews. But please, I am telling you: it is NOT worth it. They broke our down draft during installation. They two guys were clearly drug addicts (rotting teeth, eyes half open). When I said "You can't pull up on the draft, it says that on the sticker, you broke it." The guy scared me with his response. Not only had he clearly broken my property, but he frightened me in my own home. They left saying that the company would handle it. After 2 weeks of phone tag and giving us the run around, Jonathan Mitchell, the sale's associate, finally called my husband and said it is not in their company's policy to replace it. When my husband asked to speak to a manager, Jonathan said his manager told him to tell my husband that it's not their policy and hung up. We will be looking into further action since clearly this is not acceptable. They broke our property. They need to reimburse us for it at the very least. I had the pleasure of stopping out at the Robinson location.. and let me say it is like a Art museum. To see all the big slabs in person was really breathtaking. I met with Josh the salesman/designer there , and he really helped me find my perfect slabs, he took time walked us around and taught us a few new things. The install was quick and flawless. I will most definitely be recommending Armina Stone to all my friends and neighbors. I can't wait till I get my backsplash up so I can post some pictures!! read more

After several minutes of being ignored, I had to shout across the counter to the two employees in the corner of the counter area who were having social hour. Even that didn't get any results. I can write a bestseller about how horrendous this company is but I am sure your time is valuable so I'll stick with the highlights. We ordered our countertops from Ikea who uses Armina Stone as their fabricator and installer. 1) Got a call two days before scheduled install that they broke our countertops during fabrication and that we had to wait another week maybe two (on top of the 4 - 5 weeks we've been already waiting). There was no offer for a discount. We had the option for a full refund but they already knew that lead times for all other fabricators in the area is 4 - 6 weeks so they knew they got us by the ....you know what! We also found out that the countertops we ordered in November were used for a different order and they broke the replacement!! 2) We were forced to pick something completely different from their inventory because we just couldn't wait any longer. After install, i double checked the square footage based on THEIR measurements and found out we were over charged a little over 4 SF. It was pulling teeth to get them to admit to it and walk me through their math. Again, let me stress, I was using THEIR measurements. Apparently they "round" and do the math "manually" and they didn't seem to know geometry like the area of a triangle. Of course they refused to give us a refund stating we got better countertops AFTER they agreed I should be getting a refund! Mind you, we didn't take advantage of the situation, although you can argue after what they put us through we are entitled. We didn't go for the most expensive in their inventory. We picked a lower end MSI countertop that's probably lower quality than or same as the ikea one they broke which was from Caesarstone. Here is the thing, when they did the template, they called and had me go to Ikea to pay for additional square footage. Thinking I am dealing with a reputable company (Ikea) I paid right away to avoid any delays because they kept saying their install days are 4 to 5 weeks out and every day we wait it gets pushed. I was also promised full refund if we over pay. After I paid, I got the template in my email and noticed I overpaid but trusted them to refund me the difference after install. Then they screwed us at the 11th hour and now they say that we got better countertops! If that's not theft, fraud, and a scam, i don't know what is. They put us in this mess then they act like they are doing us a favor. They also seemed to intentionally inflate the square footage preying on people to not sit there and verify their numbers. So don't trust what they tell you. Verify the measurements! Even if our countertops didn't break and we didn't have to pick from their inventory, I doubt they had any intention to refund the difference. i say this because the measurements on their template showed the discrepancy. in addition, they are not transparent with the total square footage you need. They put the burden on you as a customer to do that math. Moreover, their employee insisted that i received the full square footage. It wasn't until i demanded they show me the math, that they admitted I was over charged. Their employee even took my credit card info telling me "the refund will be processed today" but it never came. Instead the story changed again! Another interesting thing I noticed is that they never respond to emails. It's like they don't want to have anything documented. Smart move for a scammer! Long story short, they ruined our once in a lifetime kitchen remodel and stole our money! On a side note, while we were at their warehouse picking a replacement, we asked if they had Ikea countertops in stock. The sales guy walked us outside and pointed at a pile of slabs telling us those were Ikea's! So basically they treat Ikea slabs like trash. Exposing them to the elements and piling them! hmmm, i wonder how they broke our countertop! read more

Honestly I was pretty sketched out with using Armina, after reading all the awful reviews, but in the end our quartzite that was installed turned out beautiful and the installation team didn't half ass it. Reason for the three start is that the office is very unorganized and can hardly get a call back. Being that we purchased our countertops thru Home Depot which saved a lot of money, but It just made everything more complicated with communication. Since we purchased from Home Depot, picked out the slabs from daltile and Armina installed, no one knew what was going on and kept getting wrong information relaid to us. Also I was scheduled for a afternoon installation, little did I know they would show up at 7pm and not finish up till midnight. But like I said installation was good and they didn't damage anything and at the end of the day that's what matters, it was just more of a headache than it should have been. read more

What a disaster of a company! We had a very small kitchen remodeled and chose Armina at the recommendation of the contractor. We wanted to use Troy Granite and we should have. As of this writing, it has been over two months of mistakes, On The first trip the stone we picked was both cut and polished incorrectly, their solution to polishing was to do it in my kitchen making sure my entire lower floor was covered with fine dust due to nothing being covered. On the second trip, they returned with the newly cut piece which was fine but now needed to re-template the backsplashes. The third trip, the new back splashes were installed and although the stone was not exactly what we picked the match was close enough and we approved. BUT, the cut was wrong again with the backsplashes being too low and an uneven gap running the length of the counter it met up with. Trip Four, they returned with the newly cut backsplashes which were measured and overseen by one of the big wig wigs himself ( ) and No Huh UH, The new pieces we the totally wrong color and to boot they damaged some drywall in my new kitchen, sure it was small and repairable but at this point all I can say is WTF! AND my kitchen is still unfinished and awaiting the fifth trip. So my advice to anyone who will listen. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they may have once had some quality but it no longer exists. read more

HORRIBLE experience to the point that im having to seek legal counsel. Sales people were excellent (Kemper and Daniel in Robinson) and no complaints about the actual installers. Everything else has been beyond negligent. They take your money and have zero accountability. Never finished installing my project - despite having 4 different install dates scheduled and sucking up over 20 hours of our time (they no called/no showed for 1 and brought wrong stone for all the others). Chuck (project manager) was nice, but offered zero resolution despite saying he would. His boss (JT) whom is the "Senior Supervisor" doesn't bother to call you back. No one will give you their contact info so you just end up being told over and over again "Ill leave him a message". As a business owner myself, I dont write negative reviews lightly but I have never worked with a company that was this bad and I feel strongly that others need to be aware so they do not suffer as I am. No accountability or pride in their work. Im currently now 6 weeks delayed into my new build all because of counter tops. This isn't "COVID" problems ..... this is just an unethically run company with no leadership or accountability. I noticed other reviewers talking about meeting the owner (Emre) etc. Would LOVE for him to actually deal with his companies problems instead of shaking hands with folks that are giving their credit cards!!!!!! avoid this company at all cost 4 months and my kitchen counters and back splash are not done!!. took 1 month to get first measurement, our order was misplaced? how when you have computers, Counter was delivered with scratch's on the quartz it was refused and sent back, new counter delivered with haze streak marks on it, if only i would have read this site before i agreed to have them do my job. Armina Stone is probably one of the worst companies that has existed. Please tell me Home Depot why do you do business with such idiots. Home Depot seems not to be much better. We ordered our kitchen through Home Depot in March 2021, gutted our kitchen to the studs and had everything new. Cabinets, floors, counters, lights, etc. thank God we had our own contractor. Paid cash for everything. We were to get our counters in July then end of July then August 5th, had to call Armina Stone to verify that they were coming out this time. Armina Stone could screw up a one car funeral. I went to Armina Stone, Cheswick location, on June 23rd for a simple 30 inch granite vanity top. June 30th: First attempt, the vanity top was cut incorrectly; I had to pick out another piece of granite. July 2nd: Second attempt, the vanity top was cut correctly but the three holes for the faucets were NOT in a straight line AND they installed the wrong color sink. I ordered a white sink, but they installed a bisque sink. I spoke to the store manager who said he would look for a new piece of granite and call me on Tuesday, July 5th. July 5th: The store manager did not call so I drove to Armina Stone again. Spoke to our salesman, he and I picked out another piece of granite. July 6th: Third attempt, the vanity top was delivered to my house. However, the vanity top was cracked the entire length of the top. I did not accept the delivery and attempted to get my money back by calling Armina Stone four times. Finally, I drove to Armina Stone and demanded my money back. Armina Stone workmanship is DEPLORABLE!! Armina Stone has NO Quality Assurance!! Armina Stone customer service is unacceptable. Do NOT use Armina Stone!!! I do not know what I have done to the people at Armina but I have been treated terribly ever since I left your office on March 27 after ordering and paying in full for the counter tops for my kitchen cabinets and breakfast bar. Installers showed up April 27 claiming that I have to furnish brackets needed to install the breakfast bar.  I am not the countertop expert and knew nothing about this.  I then get a call from their supervisor named Jeff.  I was not happy about the situation and he stated to me that he would remove the installers and leave me with nothing.  This after the existing countertops were removed.  That not being an option I heard him out and stated that the project was not budgeted to include brackets, again why would this be my responsibility.  He said he would cover the cost of the brackets and have them ordered. I then got billed for the brackets.  I contacted you and you took care of that.  Thank you for that since it was not on my quote provided March 27. Then no contact from Armina for over 2 weeks.  I emailed you to inquire about the installation on May 13. The installation was then scheduled today May 18 between 12 and 5 PM.  Attached is the transcript of the voicemail left for me last Friday to confirm our appointment for today.  It is now 5:30 and nobody from Armina has shown up or even bothered to call.  I had to have my father in law drive 2 hours to be at my home for the installation for nothing. We have carpenters scheduled to be there tomorrow to put up the backsplash which now cannot be done because there is no countertop on the breakfast bar. The entire experience has been a disaster since we left you showroom on March 27 having paid for the countertops in full. Completely disgusted. read more

Has been a pretty unprofessional experience in general from the lady who I met with in the North Hills who never entered me in the system, to the grumpy lady from that same location that was so rude, didn't have the time for a call which made me change to another location to work with. I should've chose another company to be honest. But here we are. The people were more understanding and communicative on the phone in the other location, but the terrible communication continued. They are happy to call you to get payment, but have little interest on connecting with you in general about your actual project. Today, I took the entire day off work to :have the installer show up at 7:30 pm. To install through the night. Not only could I have arranged to make this a day actually worked- but after talking to someone at 4pm- they ensured still on the way. A little communication can go a long way in general and I think this company has some serious issues with this. I have a lot of empathy for folks working in customer service as it is my background. But this is honestly not a place you'd like to work with. For the money you pay you don't get the respect or the service. read more

The service was terrible. I walked into the store and I picked out my stone, being told it would be a quick and easy installment so I put down a full payment. Every time a date was set to install my stone, they kept pushing it back. When I would confront them, they would purposefully ignore my calls and they also came out twice to my house to measure everything and still got the measurements wrong. After waiting around two months with two kids and no countertops to do anything, they finally came and installed. When the stone was in, they were also supposed to install my sink but ended up just plopping it in the countertop and didn't touch it at all after that. When it was time to move my stove back into place, it didn't fit into the stone even though, as I said, they measured twice! I have called multiple times and even drove to the store because of this urgent matter and no one will return my calls or help. If you are thinking about choosing Armina Stone, DO NOT! They screwed me over in every way imaginable and I'm not even happy with the results. They promised that everything would go smoothly and just the opposite happened. Beautiful! Looking at all the slabs in the warehouse is simply amazing. Literally rows and rows of beautiful stone. We had a very nice man walking with us. His job was to take notes for us and keep our selections noted so we could revisit what we liked to make our final decisions. Selections are gorgeous. I was just looking for vanity tops this time, but hoping to go back soon for a table top. There was no rushing and no pushing. It was a relaxing visit. Every person we dealt with was very pleasant, right to the end, with the installers. Our experience was exceptional. read more

They're follow through is poor. I was the 2nd installation of the day and they came out without the sink. The installer tells me he will get the sink and come back. After waiting I called their office was told they would get back with me. That never happened. The installer returned at 4 pm and I had to just sit home an wait, never knowing when or even if he would return. Never expressed any concern for my lost time, no compensation offered. I purchased my quartzite countertops about 2 1/2 years ago from Armina. in one section of the countertop, there was a rather long crack that was filled. I was assured that this is a part of the natural imperfection of stones and thus accepted delivery and installation. I called Armina today because I noticed that a part of the material that is filling the crack in the stone is coming out. I was told that there would be a $150 service charge plus $50 per hour labor to make this repair. Minimally, it would cost me $200. After paying thousands of dollars for my stone countertops, I am extremely disappointed at this response. It is not as if I did anything to the stone to cause the defect. I guess I never should have accepted delivery with the the flaw to begin with. A hard lesson to learn. read more

I was very disappointed with the assistance we received from Brian Lohr. From the moment we met with him, and he showed us the granite we wanted, he seemed very disinterested. Granted, it was not the biggest sale he was going to have but we were still his customer. We decided later that we wanted to change the sink to bisque. this was at least three weeks prior to installation. He never made the change and the day before installation he told us the bisque was not available and back ordered. Well, we made some calls to other granite companies and discovered they had a bisque sink in stock. We advised Brian of this and miraculously he found a sink for us!! I will advise anyone wanting granite, not to go to Armina! Installation was fine except for caulking which was not done around the edge of the vanity top. Now we have to buy a tube of caulking and caulk it!? The vanity top with the bisque sink is done but not after a lot of hassle. read more

Armina Stone is thee most UNPROFESSIONAL company I'VE EVER dealt with & I wish I would have done the research I have now, before deciding to use them. First you WILL NEVER get an install team to come on time, stone is constantly cut wrong and showing up TO MY HOME that way!!!!(which in turn wastes more of my time & money) THEY give 100 excuses for why they can't come back next day, a week or even a month from each date THEY SCREW UP‼‼‼‼. (They are clearly overbooked & do not have the professional curtsey to let customers know). Expect to have 6-10 trips to your home over a 3- 6 month period if you want work done by them‍‍‍. JT their "project manager" knows literally nothing about stone, their VP Mike is a nightmare to talk to & I do mean Nightmare (arrogant/classless). He is by far the most ignorant man I've ever had to converse with and clearly forgets we the customers are who provide his paycheck. $$$ Greg and Ryan were the only two people to help us, Ryan even went above and beyond and he was not the person handling our home install, I'd also mention I believe his name was Terry/ & someone else who came multiple times to clean up the mess this company made of my countertops and home. If YOU care about YOUR HOME at all, if your TIME is Valuable to you, IF YOU Expect Quality At ALL.. let me save you the time hassle and Frustration. Armina stone will NOT and I REPEAT give you any of those things. LOOK elsewhere!!!! I WILL never recommend them, ad have told all my family and friends, as well as shown photos, texts etc. They were baffled!!!! I am DISGUSTED with this COMPANY and Rightfully so. Disappointed. Salesman was wonderful but not installation. My husband told them how to cut for the faucets and they did it wrong. We had to wait until they remade the vanity top. This time when they installed the top, they cut the holes for the faucet correctly but one of the cutouts must have dropped. I have a gouge mark on the shelf of my new vanity. I wrote to the owner TWICE and received no response. Guess once he gets your money he does not care that his installers damaged your cabinet. read more

I went with Armina Stone back in March for my white quartz countertop. They were great to work with. It was awesome being able to see every single slab they had in their warehouse. If you're looking for a countertop, I would definitely recommend them. Their estimate came in $850 cheaper than Ultimate Granite in Gibsonia for the same countertop. read more
