He was at my house for all of 15 minutes and was all done. Another landscaper I called wanted 4x the amount of money that Phipps did, and quality is not a question with his work. The same night he sprayed my yard we had a monsoon of a rainstorm and a lot of the green color has washed away. I did not know a lot about the process so I sent Nathan a message asking if it would need to be done again. He showed up a couple of hours later and sprayed the yard again at no additional cost. He stated that while the seed had already been embedded into the soil and the rain most likely did not effect the seed, he was in the area and had extra stuff in his tank and an extra coat wouldn't hurt anything and would ensure a nice full lawn. I couldn't be happier with the service he has provided.
