My husband and I rented a unit with the intent of only having it for 3 months. Unfortunately, our…read morecontractor went under and we had to pick up all the pieces, which means we had our unit for nearly 4 years! We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

I've moved from California to Maryland and used a long-distance moving business. I ended up storing my furniture at this storage place. By the time I got to retrieve my furniture half of my belongings were missing. They took no responsibility. I told them if the storage shed I ordered was too small to go ahead and use two and I will definitely pay them. They never contacted me The moving company I used said that they delivered it and put it in the storage unit. The moving company claimed it was signed for and was put into storage. I suggest you use pods loaded up yourself and you know that everything in it is going to end up with you. This is the worst Storage company ever. Do not use them I rate them a -5
