They really need to address their telephone answering system. I cannot count how many times I've called - sometimes for something fairly urgent - only to be put on hold for an extended time, often an hour or more. Promised return calls often never materialize. I understand the times - and staffing issues everywhere - but this is a DOCTOR'S office and really needs to be corrected. Otherwise, as I said, my wife and I are very happy here!

I was given a blanket and put on on heart monitor ... had bloodwork, the doctor was inefficient , never looked in my ears(being dizzy) or mouth or anything else the er nurse could not speak or understand English well the man helping her had to spell for her.. he told me "MCH may not have the latest equipment or the best Drs but we and they are nice" I didn't go to the Er for nice... I went because I was not feeling well.. they did labs and the assistant told be they were fine, was he qualified to say that??? Also there were big signs everywhere saying nobody could enter except the patient. Guess what. They let in anybody and everybody Not one person had a mask. Disgusting. I guess because from what I see and hear around town, nobody thinks they need a mask or vaccinations. Who runs this "most beautiful" hospital? On that note, the staff appear to be nice and also efficient.
