Dealing with the ups and downs of recovery theres going to be difficult and frustrating times and situations. I was dealing with a frustrating situation and was negative due to that stress, the program director Natasha invited me to her office in an effort to help. I was heard and offered assistance immediately in the best possible outcome to my unique circumstances making me realize if I had articulated this to her earlier on she would have helped me right away. This was another lesson learned inside this building, ask for help a skill that many of us in early recovery need to learn and utilize and realize it doesnt make you weak. The staff is caring and hardworking, Drew in operations is a great guy who's been working in the recovery field for a long time who knows his stuff I met him at a different recovery program around 5 years ago he was working there as support staff so to see him still sober still working in recovery and elevating his position is inspirational. Brittany is an amazing hardworking woman in recovery, she runs the woman's house, drives the ladies to the center, groups, cleaning you name it. Special shout out to James the lead tech and manager of the men's homes he lives with us so I personally see the amount of work he puts into this, he drives the men to the center, he buys the groceries for all the homes, gets the lunch at the center, picks ups prescriptions, runs groups, cleans, need to go to the clinic james will bring you hes a work horse and doesnt change he doesnt let the constant needs of others get him angry he keeps a calm attitude. Sheila was my case manager and she was always welcoming and making sure I was taken care of. Savanna is great she helped me get here and did my intake interview. Scott is a generous owner came to the house to do a big book step study and then bought everyone steak and cheese. Jasmine director of housing another person who's been working in the recovery scene for a long time. There's other great people I havnt mentioned also. Recovery is dependent on your commitment to it if you dont want it your not going to get it, Heartfelt Recovery Center is a place that will help you realize recovery if you want it. There's people here who've done it and continue to do it on a daily basis so if your ready to make a stand and you want to stop being sick and tired this place can help you get it!

With this type of procedure I'm having, I felt right away this place is warm and inviting which is important with depression. Thanks to Dr. Marshall the procedures have been successful. I've been on depression medication for the past 13 years with zero success. Since I started me treatment with Dr. Marshall This is the first time in 13 years that I have enjoyed life. Vicki and Mary are extremely accommodating and always have a smile when you walk in. After my first visit Vicki remembered I like Milano cookies. The start of my next treatment Vicki brings in a bag of Milanos and every treatment there after, I have the Milano cookies waiting for me next to my chair that I sit down in. They really care and want my procedures to be stress free. It's not just the depression procedure while you are there, it's about how the staff really cares and how they make you feel. Which is very important to me since I am going there for major depression. Of course this all starts with Dr. Marshall. Dr. Marshall is heavily involved in mine treatment plan and checks up on me to see how the procedures are going. She runs a great practice I would highly recommend Innovative Psychiatry Center.
