The brown haired older lady that checked me out forgot to add a coupon. i told her about this before she took my payment but she assured me she did. i took my receipt and she immediately walked away, not even helping a customer. i showed the receipt to the other employee and took my time to get the tags off the shelf to show that i was charged incorrectly and the lady decided to come back to look at the receipt. she didnt look at me, didnt address me. i started to tell her where the mistake was and she cuts me off, throws her hand in the air towards me and says "just give her the money" like i was asking for a handout! I almost blew up! I just got a refund on all of my items and will never shop their again. Hair stylists are supposed to have good customer service, hence why it didnt work for her and she's working at sallys now!

Not sure why people are freaking out about having to pay to see a specialist or put a card on file....... It is precautionary for the business as people will schedule and not show for their appts, regularly. Dermatologists notoriously take months to get in to see. If someone no shows most people waiting to get in cannot drop everything & come in... I require a form of payment on file for new clients or clients who are inconsistent as a salon owner b/c there is a cost to do business even if someone doesn't show. Idk. Maybe I'm insensitive *shrugs. Anyway, I've been in at least 3 times for various skin concerns, and the staff have all been helpful, kind, and communicative. I also love the clean, well-designed office, and it helps that it is close to the Highway/many other businesses I frequent.

But today, the straw broke the camels back, most Walgreens have a sign as you drive up that they close soon a certain time for the pharmacist to go to lunch. And the pharmacist should be able to go to lunch, well, this pharmacy does not have any sign out front and we were in line to get our medication, and as we pulled up to the window she seen we were there and put the closed for lunch sign up and walked away. There is no way the Walgreens corporation sat down and decided this would be the way forward for them to go as a business model. This Walgreens needs to be closed.
