The big girl they have working the front door is the rudest heifer alive, gives you hateful looks throughout the whole entire store. I waited for an employee to check me out for a good minute or two wasn't a big deal I was looking at all the trial sizes they had by the register. An employee was walking up (the big girl heifer) I told her that I was ready to be checked out to which she glared at me like I was putting her out to do her job, she radio for some help and then glared at me some more and walked away. I was trying to see her name tag to call her out on here because she really needs to learn some customer service skills! She has long brown hair, white and plus size. Maybe get her some extra training with customers because she is lacking in that department!

We were a little confused but walked in. I pulled up the add and asked an employee about the add that said 3 wick candles for $9.99. She said "Oh, we sold out of the 3 wick! BUT we have the 1 wick candles 2 for $20!" Now while she was extremely upbeat with the way she said it, I couldn't help but feel a little insulted that it seemed she thought I wouldn't notice that they were actually offering 1 wick candles for the same price as the 3 wick and thought maybe I would be excited about that. My boyfriends daughter asked about the sweater weather scent and was told they didn't have it but was offered mahogany balsam as a replacement. Not even close to the same scent. We left without buying anything. B&BW might want to think about either lowering the limit of how many of an item can be bought during a sale or order enough to fill the demand so that so many people do not get left out. And maybe if there is not enough product, don't offer a lesser value item at the same price and try to make it sound like a deal.

She told me they would last around 3 days. She couldn't get them to stick. By the time I got home (went straight home, after my appointment at 230), one cluster was loose. When I woke upthe next morning, 2 clusters were on my pillow. They didn't even last 24 hours. Ulta did refund my $ for the lashes. Overall terrible experience. I paid for these services, I did not get my money's worth.

When you walk in the door that says "Inspired Nail Bar," there is another business to the right and hers is straight into the door in front of you. Her salon is nice and quiet. Kiki is the owner and only nail technician, so it's just the two of you unless you bring a friend or the next client comes in. I hadn't been to a private salon in quite a while, but I like it! I requested gel nails. She uses Kiara Sky, which I have seen, but never used. She took the time to talk to me, asked me what I wanted, what I liked and she made it a very pleasant experience. She keeps a clean, cute shop. I look forward to going back for a pedicure in the near future.

The store has gotten better with customer service but now is lacking product to buy as they do not restock what they have and disappoint many of their customers as they are leaving. The people that work for them have gotten better with their people skills however, they are still treating everyone in the store like a potential criminal. :( read more
