I'm so glad I found this place! From the moment I walked in, the store was spotless and smelled amazing--so soothing and therapeutic. I initially came in to get my lashes done by Nia, and she did a fantastic job. It took only an hour to complete a full classic set, and the price was very reasonable. She was also super easy to chat with and made scheduling a breeze. Afterward, I decided to get a mani-pedi. Since I have never been here before, I wasn't sure which technician to choose, but I ended up with Ryan. Let me tell you--he's the nicest nail tech I've ever met. Very expensive and not that great a polish job. I opted for the golden hour which was fifty dollars. I told them I wanted polish, but they hand you several books and stand there waiting for you to decide. I quickly picked a color and they didn't tell me it was gel and would be an additional $15!! The massage was mediocre, used so many different lotions I lost count, did a wax dip and hot stone rub, but he painted my nails before doing all that, which I was surprised he painted first. The chairs were uncomfortable and I was regretting getting the hour experience. After the 50 dollar package and gel upgrade it was 65 plus I tipped so it was about 78!!!! And I'm unhappy with the paint job! I'll save my money next time. read more

Update 10/13/24: Noticed they have now blocked me on social media due to the negative review which just further shows this salon's lack of integrity and lack of ethics. Update 9/16/24: I have called this salon and spoke with the owner about the pedicure yesterday, and now today I have requested a refund due to my toe becoming worse, not better due to the poor pedicure. My toe has been swollen, red, and has liquid coming out of the nail bed and there is a visible open wound now in the nail bed. After looking at the nail bed, it appears it has been gashed during the pedicure and has an open wound. I have called now and requested a refund due to this. When I explained the situation to the salon owner politely, the owner literally LAUGHED and denied that their employee cut me, even after I stated that I would come up there and show him the toe. He stated that he cannot refund me for a service already provided. He stated he had been in the business for 11 years- I then explained that he should understand then that a pedicure should not cause a nail bed to bleed, be swollen and red, and have liquids coming out of the nail bed. He then stated that I was just "out for his money". As a successful woman, I do not need his money- however it is the right thing to do when you wrong a customer to provide a refund. I will now post photos as this is the point he has required me to go to. I would not trust this establishment as they clearly do not make things right when they are in the wrong. And now I have to seek medical treatments to avoid infections from occurring. ------ Original post below 9/14/24 It's been a little over 5 hours since I got my pedicure done and one of my toes are swollen, throbbing, and red one side, which tells me my tech cut way too deep on my nail bed. I had a feeling this would happen as during the appointment the way she was digging into my nail beds caused me enough pain to say something to her about it, and I typically can grin and bear pain well. When painting my nails, she would also dig her nail under each toe to control her painting and pretty much stab me with her nail while doing so. I said 'ouch' politely, and her response was "yeaaaah"... like she was saying sorry that's just how she does things. I still am choosing to do 3 stars because the facility itself was very nice, and the hostess was welcoming, and they offer beverages which adds to the ambience. It's clear that there are many others that have had a great experience here, so I wouldn't say to not give them a chance. But paying a good amount of money just to walk away in pain, and now my toe swelling and in pain just a few short hours later- really is disheartening. I'm just hoping it doesn't lead to an ingrown toenail, but it probably will based on how it's going thus far... Or worse, infected... read more

I tried going to my normal place today, but it was an hour and a half wait. I drove by and saw this place, I've never seen it before, but thought I would give it a try. I think was able to get right in without a wait and the relaxing vibe was just what I needed. The pedicure was the best I've had in a long time. I will be back, I'm thinking about trying the lash services they offer next time. This might be Moore's best kept little secret. read more

They are very good on doing nails but they are little on the high cost for your nails to be done.

I've been here twice now, and both times the pedicures have been amazing! Both times they lasted over an hour. They don't rush, and they take pride in their work! I've never had my feet massaged like this any where else. The salon is new and clean! The massage chairs are comfy. From the time you walk in until you leave, you are taken care of!
