I got an estimate from them to move my stuff they quoted me $685 when the time came to pay it was $2600 and not to mention the iPad that they use for you to review, make payments and sign had a different amount than what I received on the Docusign. I questioned it and had the them lead call them because the amount she seen was also different. There were 4 different amounts. When she called to check on it the manager a lady was so rude to her and me, she told the worker that the customer should never see the iPad amount??? How when the customer has to review and sign. Anyway it was four movers a lady and three men. To me they were extremely nice and worked hard however after some days I noticed that my beds in some of the rooms were not put up, the glass on my patio table right now is still outside leaning up against the wall, the washing machine is missing all for legs and the dryer has some scratches and they never brought the vent in to the dryer and when Best Buy came to connect the washer and dryer I had to buy another vent for the dryer. And to think after paying the amount I paid I still tipped them all $50 a piece. I'm definitely going to file a complaint with my proof of different amounts I have as proof to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a waste, scam and fraud. It was my fault for not doing my research on this company and now that I'm thinking about it where did my $100 deposit go to? Hmmm

There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

We had little to no hope since it was late Saturday night and needed service on Sunday. These guys not only responded right away (at 9pm Sat, wow!), they offered the lowest rates - they really wanted to help. They showed up as scheduled the next day and started moving right away. The 2 movers were extremely efficient AND careful. We really appreciate that they didn't complain about anything and also figured out a way to navigate thru narrow passages with heavy items - without making a dent or scratch. They were an assembly line of wrapping furniture and pictures (they wrap everything that's not in a box) and were done loading in just a few hours! My neighbors came over in the afternoon and were amazed that the house was already empty. Unloading went fast too without compromising furniture placement, etc. Truly professional movers that knew what they were doing. The movers were also polite and very careful and we were quoted a reasonable price ahead of time so there were no surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

On the day of the move, they texted me with an ETA and were right on time as per the 1 hour window discussed. They were polite and professional and got right to work. My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. I would definitely use them again.
