We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. They confirmed via text within seconds that they received my notification. NOTE, the text msg was actually initiated by Home Team wanting to know how their services were going. On May 5, nearly 2 weeks after cancellation, they sent out a serviceman anyway without notice and now threatening me with collection if I don't pay their $119 scam invoice. NOTE, after calling Home Team to complain, I was told I never cancelled in writing (not true) and the text message they originally sent on the 23rd was about a different new service (a lie) and sent via an AI "bot" (who even had a name of "Anna Williams") and responses were not monitored by an actual human. Anyone out there think this is MY problem? Nope. Do not do business with Home Team unless you intend to be with them forever.

Have a maintenance contract for pests, technician usually visits on the day the text says, mostly when I'm not there. However, just try and reach the technician, supervisor or anyone that isn't a call center in Texas. even then, the "back with you in 2 business days" means the "check's in the mail" from my younger self. I have left messages, sent online email, used the chat feature and no response to reach the technician. Even the phone number on their business card. If you value a discussion with the actual company, I don't know how to reach them. Their physical address is only a front for staging vehicles as they are no longer customer facing, their words. So if you reach anyone in the Fort Myers Office, ask them to review messages from LaBelle. And don't think you can stop automatic billing via your website account, you must do that with their account retention people. Good luck.
