( other types of bugs) He was honest in telling me there was not any issue(s) to worry about and treat. When we saw signs of ( dead) termites in one bathroom we called him again and after thorough inspection, we decided that the in wall treatments could do the trick. It was far less money to do it this way. Far easier ( no move out etc) and, no possibility of roof damage or needing to do all the inconvenience and hassle again because of a poor tenting job. We recently had exterior carpentry done and the workers saw no signs of termites In our neighborhood we see and hear a lot about tenting experiences gone wrong. We appreciate the removal and cleanup he performed. A male raccoon accessed our attic via some flashing near a soffit corner that wasn't reinforced. The following week, after making certain there was only one critter involved, Brandon reinforced the flashing tile to tie in to the soffit. I failed to understand the work would be done from the outside when he gave his explanation. He replied promptly to my query, when I followed up with him. While I wish the reinforcement work could have been done inside, in order to retain the original aesthetic, I am thankful that the problem is resolved.

What kind of business owner does this? Guess he doesn't care about his customers, so I stopped using their services and instead went with a different local competitor and the difference in service is night and day. If the owner would've replied, and maybe apologized for his employees bad behavior, then I might have given them another chance. But by not replying, its like he's covering and approving the bad behaviour of his employee.

They came third time, but their treatment was not affective even after third time. After one month we started seeing roaches again. This is why I think they give only 1 month warranty. The person did half ass job and didn't even set traps, but sure they charged me $200.00 and even asked to sign a paper. After I told them about the issue, they blamed me saying that I brought the pests from some other places. So dishonest! I don't have tenants in my house and nothing we ordered in boxes at those time. EDIT Although I was upset with the service provided, truly…read morenolen did refund my money which I greatly appreciated. I signed up with Truly Nolen in February. I paid $750 for rodent control and $205 for pest control (for a total of $955 with $35 dollar quarterly payments after that. The $205 I paid was essentially for nothing, as Truly Nolen never sprayed the interior or exterior of the house. Then they advised in March for the first quarter they were going to spray the outside of the house. I still had rodents. Traps were laid in the attic. Truly Nolen staff would call while my wife and I were at work and expect someone to be home. I would have to call my mother-in-law to stop by to ensure someone was at the residence. However, after weeks, and no rodents caught, I haven't seen Truly Nolen in days. After calling and expressing my concerns Truly Nolen explained to me what they expected to do, which was essentially more of the same. After days of not seeing or hearing from them, I decided to simply cancel my service and find a different company. Truly Nolen employed DirecTV level's of salesmanship in an attempt to keep me as a customer, short of reducing prices. I was placed on hold multiple times and the employee stated the manager wanted to speak to me. They advised if I canceled I'd have to pay a cancellation fee. At this point, I was fine with that. I've already given Truly Nolen $955 dollars and still have rodents, and nothing had been done pest-wise. Two things to know if you decide to go with Truly Nolen. If you cancel within a year, expect to pay a vaguely explained cancellation fee. And if you do decide to cancel expect them to continually give you the run around in an attempt to keep you from canceling.
