We were very satisfied with both the quality of the product and their workmanship, which is why we reached out to them again. This time, however, the experience fell short. We scheduled an appointment for a representative to come out and provide an estimate for a furnace (and potentially a full HVAC system, including central air and a hot water heater). The technician came to our home and gave us only a verbal quote--nothing in writing. As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project. It's disappointing, especially given our positive experience in the past, but communication and proper documentation are essential, and this time it just didn't happen.

My wife decided to call B&B, best move ever, they were at the door in 15 minutes, worked 4 hours into 6 PM on Valentines Day and have given us heat until a new furnace can be installed. The guys were great and professional. Thanks Aaron and Bob, sorry but I missed the third guys name. Highly recommend this company ... this is a stand up company

Patti, the service dispatcher, is an absolute delight and is always able to get someone to the house in a timely manner. Ryan, the happy plumber, has done several jobs for us. He not only fixes our plumbing problems, but often makes improvements as well. And seriously, he really seems to love his job! Then today, our furnace stopped working. Just stopped! Patti was able to arrange for someone to get here within a couple of hours. Christian and John arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, went and got the needed part then repaired the furnace in a timely manner. They even performed a full cleaning and service on the furnace while they were here. They were super friendly and professional! Nobody ever wants to have to call the plumber/heating specialist, but it's good to know that when the need arises, there's a company like B & B that does great work and is a pleasure to deal with! Oh, and their prices are always fair.

He kept it running for another year and half and in mid 2011 we used him to to put in a brand new furnace and central air. It was a pretty straightforward job. He replaced our old oil fired furnace with a brand new natural gas Carrier Infinity furnace and central A/C. We had no issues with that equipment when we sold our home 8 years later in 2019. Fast forward to 2020. We purchased a new house with Geo Thermal heating and cooling. We were excited for it until a month after moving in (November) the heat stopped working. Only one company in the area works on geo thermal and they determined it had a massive leak in the loop system in our yard, but they did not know where. They were kind enough to let me know that the loop system is 100 year life span pipe! Well apparently it isn't. Rather than invest major bucks in a brand new loop and with winter fast approaching we again called Todd with TSK. This time around TSK had more work to do. While our home had natural gas, it was built with Geo Thermal so there was more work to do putting in conventional heating and cooling. Todd and his crew got rid of the Geo Thermal system and had us up and running with a brand new high efficiency Lennox furnace and central air. He got the furnace installed fast, the night he completed the work we went from 30 degree weather to single digits. I can't say enough good things about TSK. I did get other quotes and TSK by far was they cheapest. Even if TSK was not the cheapest I probably would have still hired TSK as I know they do quality work and stand behind what they do!

Three years ago i replaced my Carrier Air conditioner (which worked great for 25 years without repairs.) with a Lenox furnace and a 5 ton Lenox Central Air conditioner for $13,000. Two days ago, my Lenox Central Air stopped throwing cold air. I called Appolo, since I bought it from them, realizing it was under warranty for 5 years.I was told by the repairman that there was no coolant in the system and I would be charged to diagnose where the leak was. He informed me the pin hole was in the evaporator coil and would need to be replaced. I was told I had to pay for today's charge and would be notified with the total amount for repairs. My charge for the technician to come and diagnose the issue was around $500 (no repairs included).y I shared the price with some friends only to discover how ridiculous the price was. This company wanted to charge over $3000 in addition to repair my unit. The warranty did not cover any labor and would not cover the $3000 part because I did not have the annual cleaning. BEWARE of Appolo Heating. Their labor costs are insane and there isn't any support for the customer. I will NEVER do business with this company again nor will any of my friends and family. Jerry C.
