I mailed them and delivered in person because they refused to accept them electronically or download them from the lab. Last visit they told me at least three times they are a business and eventually refused to see me as a patient. Keep in mind I owe them nothing so it is not a billing or payment issue. Through my pregnancies, and appointment they were never worried about me or my babies health. This last appointment is the last straw. He is very thorough in his assessments and excellent in follow-up. He will try to find a remedy to every medical issue I have and so far he's good at it. However, the same thing happened again -- I confirmed the appointment the day before, and then on the morning of, they called to cancel because the provider was unavailable again. It's really frustrating to have appointments canceled last-minute, especially after waiting so long to be seen. Canceling day-of just isn't acceptable when patients are trying to plan their schedules around these visits.
