After speaking with Kevin (owner) and discussing my immediate needs we set an appointment for two days out and agree on pricing. Kevin kept in constant communication with me and provided updates as promised. Day of appointment he and his crew arrive on time and get to work. After they arrived and I left, it took them about 5 hours to clean a 1700 SQ ft 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome due to a cleaner feeling sick and it was just 1 person cleaning. I come back after they finished and paid, and see that the floors were not mopped and counter was not wiped. Although everything was cleaned in the rooms and bathroom, the kitchen floors and counter were left as is. I'm super disappointed since I was moving out.
