TLDR: Hey, Y'all, be careful booking services. This business requires you to pay upfront before cleaning, and the move-out cleaning for me was subpar. The owner was unrealistic in making things right for a Move-out Cleaning for me and refused to give me a partial refund. ----- I told the owner I wasn't happy with the service and sent many pictures. He had a reason for everything they decided not to clean, but when they finished the job, they never told me of any issues cleaning items or that they wouldn't clean the sides of the floors by appliances .., etc. Lastly, the price was MORE than what they originally quoted me on Yelp. Response: it was way more than two items, I'm not sure if this owner is confusing me with another client. Also, I wasn't going to do a review! He texted me to do a review on Yelp. When I told him, actually I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning, and the reasons why with pics... it went down hill from there. I'm truly sorry, I just don't want anyone to get burned like the way I was treated and want to warn them about paying upfront. We had a three person crew, who did a move out clean. From ceiling fans to tile floor. Carpets cleaned so thoroughly they looked new. The fridge was cruddy and they made it shine!! I requested a standard cleaning that covered the basic tasks like carpet, floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces and dusting, which done on my own, is impossible to complete in one day. Responsive to my initial call. I called requesting carpet cleaning for RV/motorcoach. I had a tannin-wicking problem in previously cleaned carpet. KCS committed to get with their carpet cleaner, who was described as having more than 10-years of experience, and call me back. Did not call back as promised. No callback, no quote, no service. My request may have been outside their usual services. I would have preferred being told, "no, we don't do that," even by text message. After waiting a week or so, I bought the products, revived my box extractor, and then, did it myself. The carpets look great again, but no, I won't hire out for it. read more

They came out to clean our home last Friday for a move in service. The home appeared clean but was not thoroughly cleaned. There were still spider webs around the corners of the home. We walked on the floor the day the service was completed and the bottom of our feet were black....I swept our floors and there was debris literally everywhere. The floors weren't even cleaned. I really wanted to support this company but was disappointed as the days went by and I discovered our home wasn't cleaned very well. I was told to call if there were any issues but honestly that's a waste of time because it should've been done properly the first time. read more

We recently moved about 6 blocks, and we wanted to start off clean at our new address and also get our deposit back at our old address. The new address was just not fresh. I don't know if the previous tenants got their cleaning deposit back because, wow. About a 1700 sq ft space that was fairly well cleared out but not cleaned up. Alonzo showed up with an additional 2 person crew and walked the space with me before and after. I pointed out what I saw as concerning and in short order they had the fresh start we were looking for. I no longer remember which burner on the stove was their clear favorite and feel safe walking barefoot on the carpet. At the old address the next week they came through and rocked again. We have 2 dogs and the migration of shed hair seems otherworldly. The space was just under 2,000 sq ft but that amount of dog hair you'd thought we had a pack. One afternoon and you'd have sworn no critter had ever crossed the doorway much less shed all over. Honestly I looked them up and was just looking for a move in/move out cleaning.
