Love the kombucha on tap (which I saw from across the street)! I've yet to experience a place (in Los Angeles) that has it on tap and SO glad to have stopped by this cute shop. I was in the area, picking some things up *wink, wink - across the street is Main Street MJ* and decided to stop by this local health market. Unfortunately, it was closed... BUT then the owner, Chris was kind enough to let us in! I explained we were visiting, which led to him showing us around his store and free samples of kombucha! I got a growler full of delicious and healthy kombucha to wash down all the unhealthy food I've been eating during my MDW stay, lol. Such a variety of things at Arnada Naturals! Wow! So, incredibly rude customer service. I was in the area and don't know anything about the store. So, I called in to ask a few questions. The little boy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and condescending! When I asked Arnada Naturals sold food such as veggie burgers or gluten-free bread, etc., he said no. Then, he said, "well, we do have some frozen gluten-free bread." I asked a couple more questions about finding quality food in the area, and he dodged the question. I asked, "well what kind of food do you sell?" Him: "mainly healthy snacks." We had a very short exchange and before I could ask another question, he quickly got off the phone and said there were customers in front of him. He never said, "is there anything else I can help you with?" or "thanks a lot for calling, I hope to see you sometime." or "stop on in." Nothing like that, at all!!! This is a total gem of a store in Downtown Vancouver. I don't know why I didn't stop in years ago, but I'm kicking myself for it now. Not only can you get fresh, amazing Kombucha on tap (that has ruined me for all other Kombucha now - ha) you can get awesome supplements, gluten free vegan snacks and awesome local products. I source my Raw honey here and whatever yummy treats are in stock. In fact if I had one complaint (and I don't!) it would be that stock on snacks is hit and miss - but this is part of the magic of the store, you never know what you're going to find. I've always had awesome customer service here - the owner Chris took the time to get to know me on my first visit and make recommendations to me for immune supplements, CBD cream (the best CBD topical on the planet is here), and other items. The CBD Detox Kombucha is worth the visit alone. They have a small but very well curated selection of supplements, beauty, local goods and gifts (seasonal) available as well. I have purchased CBD products from Arnada and I have been very happy with the results. I recently had double jaw surgery and was unable to handle the pain medication and sent my husband over to pick up CBD oil from Arnada. The owner Chris is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products he carries in his store. I've also picked up farm eggs and wild honey as needed! i popped into arnada naturals for the cbd oil tincture and my daughter wanted me to get lotion for her hands because they hurt. Chris showed me the latest sale item lotion and cbd oil.. awsome so i got the gift set and the peppermint cbd oil tincture. such good quality. last month i tried a "cheaper" brand but it wasnt as good as what chris sells. so im back for good and lesson learned. Absolutely love this store! I recently moved to the Vancouver area and was looking for a place to fill growlers of Kombucha when I stumbled upon Arnada Naturals, and wow I am so happy I did! The owner is absolutely fabulous, very kind, helpful, and respectful. He has plenty of Kombucha on tap and is consistently getting new kinds in his store. Other than Kombucha, the store also has plenty of other natural products that I look forward to trying in the future (definitely try the chocolate samples that are made with honey). And if all that wasn't enough to love the place, the owner also has great prices and offers deals using a basic point system through *Fivestar. All in all, I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! I have passed by this place for months and finally got to stop in today while on my lunch break. The gentleman working was so friendly and helpful! I got to try their ginger brew that they have on tap, and they had samples of peppermint chocolate as well. The store is nice and clean and super easy to understand where everything is and they have great sales! I finally found some peanut butter I have been looking for and picked up a wonderful smelling body mist. I will definitely be coming back after the Holiday season is over! read more

I was so happy to find this shop in Vancouver! They stock a wide arrange of supplements/herbs and their on-tap kombucha zone is such a perk on rainy days. Their raw chocolate, nut butters and other unique items in that food category are great. They also have a great range of natural beauty products, including makeup and nail polish, which makes it extra sweet to be able to find all these things in one place. Not much in the way of groceries, but it's at least a resource for these other things. read more
