Whole Foods pricing is a bit higher than other markets in town, but this market carries many excellent products I can't find elsewhere. So you get what you pay for and I'm okay with that.

This shop helped me get rid of horrible, itchy acne I had for 2 years that not even the dermatologists at OHSU could remedy (sure, I had to drink a special tea 3x a day, take herbal capsules 2x a day and steam a few times a week - cleared up in 2 months!). Whether you're a novice or make your own plant medicine, this is the place to go. OMG, were these good! I just had to give a review of Trader Joe's at the store where she purchased them. Get this the price was like just $3.49 or something like that. These 4 tarts in a box, so that's like less than $1.00 each. Just heat them up in the oven for 1/2 hour and they're ready! I just had to check out Trader Joe's and see them for myself and maybe get a box or two to heat up at the hotel for later. I think there's an oven I can use or last resort the microwave in the room. It took a little searching the frozen aisles to find them, but I did. I checked, there's like 4 Trader Joe's just in the Portland area. You gotta really try these things.

Unfortunately, they were limited edition and were sold out. Gosh... Since we were there, we got a turkey apple arugula cheese sandwich, juice, salami, and more greeting cards... LOL! We were able to use the convenient restroom (we had to get the code for the door from the manager who was wearing a Hawaiian shirt) and appreciated the friendly service and free shared parking!
