So I called and asked if my new insurance would be accepted and they said it would be. Then I got a bill for $125 for the cleaning as that aspect wasn't covered by my insurance. Well, I requested a discount and no they wouldn't give me one. Secondly my son had a cleaning scheduled and since it was the same insurance I called the morning of the appt and cancelled his appt. I then get a bill for $75 for cancellation of appt. I call their office again to see if they will waive the $75, the answer was no. It seems like it's more about money and not about helping out a long term client. I will never go back even if my insurance changes. You are a family practice, how about being sympathetic during times like a pandemic!!!!

Everything was handled by the nurse anesthetist and support staff (who were very nice). They tried to bill a CT Scan for the initial consultation saying, which definitely didn't occur. Finally, their cost estimate of what I owed was higher resulting in a small overpayment ($42). I called the office and was assured they would send a checknwhich was never received. This used to be an excellent dental office, but since Dr Arnie retired the service has been…read moreterrible. Dr Arnie would take time to consult with you about any dental work needed, but now you are just told what needs done and to schedule an appointment. Multiple times I have had the current dentists try to insist on getting root canals, and not take the time to talk with me about what I think. My teeth are not very sensitive, and Dr Arnie would always take into consideration that each person is different- he provided me with multiple fillings where a root canal could have been an option, but in each case his excellent work has held up and limited the amount of pain & money that would have come from constant root canals. Instead of a focus on patient care, there seems to be more of a focus on financial gain - my last appt I was quoted for over $1800 of work that would need done and had to all be done at the same time. Did not do any of it, and still no issues more than a year later. The office staff is also very unfriendly, especially to a family needing to book multiple appts at once. They refuse to book cleanings any less than 8 months out (despite 6 months being the recommended time frame) yet take on new patients and give them priority scheduling. They seem to also have a shortage of dental hygienists, claiming they have more business than can currently be handled by their staff. We had gone to this dentist for more than 25 years without having any of these issues, but with the retirement of Dr Arnie it is no longer a good dentist office. I would highly recommend finding a different dentist to avoid the same poor service we have experienced.

To be honest I hadn't been to the dentist in over three year~yikes!~ so I had some plaque build up. I have had some negative experiences with my past dentist so I'm always skeptical. However, she did a great job and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Dr. Thomas came in after my cleaning and he was also very friendly and professional! He answered all my questions thoughtfully. I also really liked when I asked him about my bottom crooked teeth that mentioned visaline and how they had a specialist at their practice but he did not pressure me at all and just mentioned it for if down the line I wanted to consider it. Also my previous dentist told me that it was imperative that I got my wisdom teeth pulled Dr. Thomas informed me that there is no reason for me to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I loved how honest this practice was and that they weren't trying to nickel and dime you. This is the greatest doctor experience I have ever had! Would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Office staff was condescending and made smirks at me when I told them I didn't understand the costs and that they would require full payment upon leaving. I didn't have $3200 on me at the time. I went I for evaluation and then two root canals, if necessary. Prior to arrival, the office emailed me the cost for one root canal. That was the last treatment plan I saw. Here's what should have happened. My bad also for allowing it. Once the exam was complete, a revised treatment plan should have been prepared and reviewed with me for consent prior to treatment. That did not happen. Again, my bad for allowing it. I gave consent without a valid treatment plan. That's the process I'm used to and should have insisted. If they are part of your insurance network, go for it with caution. If they are out of network, find a practice that is. I felt 2nd class at this facility. Shameful!
