Well, I requested a discount and no they wouldn't give me one. Secondly my son had a cleaning scheduled and since it was the same insurance I called the morning of the appt and cancelled his appt. I then get a bill for $75 for cancellation of appt. I call their office again to see if they will waive the $75, the answer was no. It seems like it's more about money and not about helping out a long term client. I will never go back even if my insurance changes. Dental practices are not regulated the same way Doctors are. Many are now chains and only care about bottom line. I feel I was lied to. I feel that they tried to use scare tactics to push extra services. I am over 70 with my own teeth. Now I am stuck trying to find another Dentist; one that is individually owned.

The new dentist I saw, in my opinion had horrible implants and misspoke during my visit. After examining my bite, he walked out of the room, and I never saw him again. We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited!
