I went in last minute and Arnold was very busy. Even though I had some time to wait, he just got it done for me right then and there. Not only that but he went above and beyond editing my image to perfect it when he really didn't have to and the pricing was so fair. My postcards came out perfect and in great quality! I truly appreciated not only Arnold's service, but his bright, friendly, happy energy. I called Arnold with a rush job for an interior design client (24 hour turnaround), needing business cards on a very specific card stock which he thought they were out of. Unsure of what to do, he offered to print some mockups on other card stock in hopes of finding a close match. Well... Not only did the alternate stocks wind up looking much better than I'd imagined, but Arnold went digging and found just enough of that original blue linen stock we'd wanted to print up about 180 cards -- just enough for the job at hand. Superb customer service from start to finish; he knows what he's talking about and doesn't try to upsell you unnecessarily, helping you understand how the finished product will look with samples readily available to him and not being afraid to challenge your preconceived notion of what your invites will look like, based on practicality and cost. My fiancee and I came to Arnold for our wedding invitations and Arnold was happy to recommend suppliers for a specific type of paper we required, and was also happy to go above and beyond to ensure we had the invitations on the weekend that he was away. Finally, we made a mistake when it came to paper size (or rather, our supplier did) and the deckled edge paper the other supplier had provided us meant some of the invites were too big for the envelopes Arnold had ordered for us. Arnold realised the mistake and didn't charge us for the envelopes - insisting he would be able to sell them at a later date. By all rights he could have insisted we pay, so we ended up walking away extremely happy and vowing to return in the future. The file was right there and he kept telling me I was wrong when I was not. He just wasn't looking for it and kept cutting me off. He is super busy so he is like that. Bad customer service. The price was not cheap either. Average. We will be going somewhere else. Don't want to continue dealing w the terrible customer service. He even had the nerve to push more services! Printing envelopes, etc. not if the invite itself is all crappy!!! He read the review above n did not address the quality of the sample nor the customer service. He opted for the following passive aggressive response instead: "thanks alot for the review on yelp just want to let you know i really do not mind loosing negative customer like you good luck in life" That was the whole email. I needed business cards super last minute...i mean like within less than 24 hours last minute and Arnold was the ONLY one who was willing to do it. He was just as stumped as I was though when I told him I had called at least 6 other places in the area and they said they couldn't do it. One of them told me they needed 2 weeks! Are we in the stone ages or something?? Seriously blew my mind away. I really don't know where to begin. Let's start by saying that stumbling across Arnold and his place was a prayer that God answered. After going through an incredibly tough time and having an order fall through with a previous invitation printer for my wedding, I was left with a minimal amount of time to have invitations made from scratch. Every other invitation printer I called gave me an estimated turn around time of 2-3.5 weeks. I simply didn't have that much time. When I finally called Arnold and explained my situation, he immediately understood the urgency and assured me that he had in-house printing and took the time to both ask me what type of invite I wanted and explained to me what the best options were for my predicament. Not only did he take the time to give me the best result possible, but was fairly priced, very responsive to e-mails/phone calls and most importantly, very kind and professional. The best print shop in the area and Arnold is so professional. I ordered my wedding invitation kit from Amazon as I fell in love with the details and design. I designed the writing for the invitation band RSVP myself and I thought I can just take the blank cards to any print shop, Office Depot or staples and they will be able to print them. I was absolutely Wrong! After reaching to few places most of them told me they don't have the right printer and the pre-cut 5x7 blank sheets are too small and they can't do the job. Also I had to order different color RSVP cards because it was sold out! I was very disappointed and thought I need to throw my lovely wedding invitations and get a new one. I was soooo lucky that the Yelp search suggested Arnold's printing. I called him and he told me he will be able to do it. He also had so many paper options for my not matching RSVP cards. I was able to choose one that was perfectly matching my invitation. They are closed on Saturdays but he was kind enough to open his shop and let me get my 150 invitations, rsvp cards and packets printed in the SAME DAY!!! I am so picky but he was even more detail oriented than myself! He made few adjustment to my original design that I did to make sure it's perfectly aligned.
