These guys give good hair cuts for only $10. They're both Vietnamese and very friendly but they do have thick accents. So if you like to have a conversation with your barber (like I do) keep that in mind. This is NOT a complaint, just a point worth mentioning so you know what to expect. The inside is out dated and has an emphasis on Southern California sports teams. Two flat screen T.V.'s contribute to the theme because there is ALWAYS a game on. I'm not a sports fan, but that's not why I come here. It's close to where I live, cheap, friendly, and I'm always satisfied with the cut. Keep in mind, this establishment is CASH ONLY.
