We had an appointment at 3:00pm on 6/20/2017. Joe called at 2:40 asking if we could meet early and I returned the call 5 minutes later at 2:45. The number that he called from was their office number in NJ and they had to communicate to him that I was fine with an early meeting. Then he called again, left a message that he was not able to find a parking space (NOT a fact at this time of the day in my neighborhood). I contacted him again at 2:50pm and he was on his way to the next appointment. I checked where he was, he said at 67th street.... In 5 minutes he was at 67th street from Center City???? At 2:55pm I called Tony at the office to report the lack of service (note that 2:55pm was before the time of my scheduled appointment with Joe). Tony had been very helpful a few days prior, to get all the information and organize the field inspection with the salesman Joe. However, when the incident was reported, he was polite but non-committal, like he could not do anything about it but knew about the problem with sales...? I am not sure what has happened. Philadelphia is to far? Too complicated for a NJ organization? They have a communication problem? I will never know but I cannot trust this company with the safety of my family and will use someone else.

I was concerned because it was a very small family company. Since then I have been 100% satisfied. If there is a problem they are on top of it. For example this Thursday (Thanksgiving weekend), I reported a problem to the general number (a yellow light on the panel). I got a call back from the owner within the hour (a service you don't get often). I couldn't take the call and I decided to wait till Monday as it was not an emergency situation. Can you believe that the owner called me back? This is the kind of service you will get from Victor Security for a fraction of the price from the other companies.
