I would recommend the Tipsy Tabby consider a cap on a certain number of guests because each time I went, there was an awkward number of folks as opposed to available space/cat location in the lounge. This crowding really takes away from the experience and makes the $14 pp cost seem exorbitant. I'd be willing to pay for a guaranteed private or at least not crowded experience. The cats are sweet. Seeing as how I was now 1/7th of the way into my drive, I convinced myself that it was just the residue from a dirty grill. So, disturbing (stupid?) as it sounds, I choked down the sandwich - it was, after all, meant to be my lunch. It was the most disgusting BLT of my life, followed by a rare case of severe heartburn. You would think that said heartburn might be somewhat mitigated by the metric ton of bland bread that comprised 4/5ths of the meal, but you'd be wrong. Besides having a friend at my destination smell the empty bag (just to see his facial expression when he learned that a BLT produced that bouquet), I thought that was the end of it. I learned better, a couple hours later. If you've had food poisoning before, you know what came next, and I will spare you the grisly details. Needless to say, it was several days before I felt myself again, and the first half of my visit was a bust. The fact that my 12 oz. can of unsweetened, black coffee was $1 more than I have ever paid, anywhere else ($3.99, which I did not see until I viewed my receipt) was just another kick when I was already down. Screw this place. I liked, however, that they have a role of plastic bags by the pumps, eliminating the need to use a paper towel, when touching public surfaces. I had placed a mobile order in advance for my usual Oat Milk Latte but when I got to the pickup window the young man, who was working alone, handed me a large cup of very dark iced coffee with a little oatmilk at the bottom. I immediately reminded him that I ordered a Latte and he became very belligerent explaining he was the only one working and it's all the same. I asked him to make it again but what he made was just a watered down iced coffee with a little more oatmilk (although it tasted and looked more like skim milk). I explained that it neither looked nor tasted what I usually get. His response? "TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT YOU FAT, F*CKING C*NT". I left it in the parking lot and have reached out to Dunkin Corporate and Salema Group the franchise owners asking that he be fired immediately. I will NEVER go to the Newfields Dunkin ever again.
