No customer was inside and all the employees were just standing around on there phones. my food was cold and they didn't give us any straws with our drinks. when we finally got our food and drinks they didn't say have a good day. the man just rolled his eyes at us. there is probably Drugs in the food. They don't finish the online orders and just put them out for people. They have the orders partially done and out of reach. Always stand there with the other people waiting and waiting. They don't say the name or anything. You have to go up and ask them for the missing items everything to get your order. I have been to this Dunkin' before and though they can be slow, I've never experienced any major problems. This morning I went through the drive through with my sister and ordered two lattes, one of which was decaf. The non-decaf latte came out quickly, but the decaf latte took a few extra minutes (not a big deal at all). However, when the employee passed me the decaf latte, he said "Sorry for the wait, decaf lattes are just a real challenge to make." Probably not a great idea to try and make customers feel guilty for ordering a fairly normal menu item. Definitely need some customer service improvement, Dunkin'. read more

I had never been to this dunkins before but I stood in line this morning with about 7-8 other people waiting for someone to take our order and the entire time three crew members only worked on the drive through and the on the go orders. No one even took out orders. I have worked for a Dunkin' Donuts for 3 years before now and that would have never happened at mine. I understand you are timed on the drive through but that doesn't mean you get to neglect the customers inside. Everyone had a horrible attitude and were speaking down to each other. And I know you were understaffed but the manager stood there in front of the register on her phone trying to text people to come in but didn't once look up and apologize to the people waiting or try to take an order. Much improved since they first opened. The inside is always clean. The drive up window is a bit high for normal cars. Not a great design. But staff is always willing to bend down to give you your items. The crew is friendly and when they are out of something actually offer an alternative. This has happened a couple of times to me. The sandwiches come out toasted not burnt like other DD. I didn't like this one at first but now it's an easy in and easy out and the service has gotten so much better. This place is the absolute worst Dunkin in terms of customer service. I came in this morning when there was a relatively small line in the drive-through and only couple of cars in the parking lot and it was chaos behind the counter. There was no one in line and I walked right up to the counter thinking I was going to be helped right away. I was wrong. No one greeted me, no one acknowledged my existence, for nearly 15 minutes. It was obvious that they were understaffed and I can't fault them for that. But they handled it like amateurs. It was quite clear that their directive was to keep the drive-through moving to the detriment of the people standing at the counter. I asked them once if I should go through the drive-through and the woman's flippant response was to tell me I could go through the drive-through if I want to. That comment was the first time she talked to me or looked me in the eye the entire time I was standing there. Finally someone came up and took my order but that was only half of the ordeal. I ordered a couple of bagels and one donut. That was it. It was then that the manager,l gave me a sob story about how busy they were, as if I don't have eyes. I told him that I wasn't upset about how busy they were, that can't be helped, what I was upset about was the fact that they were ignoring the counter customers. He then proceeded to argue with me that they weren't ignoring me. I don't really know what he thought he would gain with me by telling me I was wrong but nobody acknowledged my existence for 15 minutes-that is the definition of ignoring. Not even a "sir we will be with you in a minute". If a customer has a legitimate complaint the last thing you should do is tell them that they are wrong because they will go on yelp and let everyone know about it. read more

I am constantly disappointed by the tea at this Dunks. All the other ones don't over steep it, but this one tastes like it's been out for weeks. It's very bitter and no amount of sugar, which I never use at other Dunks, can save it. WORST dunkin donuts on the planet. The staff never listens, they have screwed up almost every order I have ever gotten there. I cannot drink regular coffee - only decaf. So many times I have asked if they are sure its decaf, and the 12 year old that made my coffee looks confused and says yes. Later on in the day when I get dizzy and get a panic attack I realized they certainly did not. Some of the staff are really friendly, but some of them are beyond rude. I never go there anymore, I drive the extra 5 miles to the next one. They need either a whole new staff or to just shut down. The last time I went there I got a decaf ice coffee - I didnt realize until I was 10 minutes down the road that they put no ice in my ice coffee..... good job.
