I was greeted by a friendly employee upon entering and asked if I need any help and was also informed of the current sale that was going on. The main reason why I came in was to redeem my birthday reward. I tried to redeem my reward online and pick up in store but for some reason the website would not allow me, so I figured it would just be better to come in person instead. I ended up also purchasing a few wallflower refills since they were on sale. It was nice that the store wasn't crowded, although there were a few other customers shopping. I waited in a short line to pay at the back of the store, where the registers are. The employee who rang me up was friendly and placed my items in a paper bag. I did tell the employee of my trouble trying to redeem my birthday reward online. She apologized, even though it was not her fault. She also thanked me for coming in to shop. Overall, I had a pleasant shopping experience and would come back to this location again.

The store was clean and organized, and on this visit they were highlighting some of their Disney princess collaboration collections including body care and soaps. We love their Wallflowers too which are a great way to add some room fragrance without being overwhelming. We stocked up on several new Wallflower spring fragrances. Unfortunately, they did not seem to have Wallflowers as part of the Disney princess collaboration. I also love their gel hand soaps, but they had very few of these and seemed to mostly have the foaming soaps which I don't like quite as well. We also love their candles which are expensive but last a long time and smell wonderful! The staff at this location were very friendly and welcoming including mentioning their favorite scents and answering questions about some of the promotions and special offers. I look forward to fall/winter when they bring back some of their wonderful fall and holiday scents such as pumpkin cupcake and marshmallow fireside!
