Each area of the building is maintained very well and has great overall cleanliness. The massage tables that you lay down on are also great as-well! Very comfortable and love how it can warm up so your not freezing during your massages or procedures. I also enjoy the heated blankets as-well , it feels very snug and comfortable. Their deep tissue massage is very good! For me it was the right amount of pressure and the person massaging me found all of my knots and focused on them. Overall very pleased with this service. With their facials i really like their products that they use because its very gentle with my sensitive and acne prone skin and i love that they use a very soft brush to apply some of their products. After every facial they will also give recommendations on what your skin needs in order to improve it. And feel free to ask them for any suggestions or concerns as-well, they are very open minded. Lash lifts, as a asian girl with monolids its very hard finding a place that can get my lashes to curl and be visible but this place is the best place for me to get my lashes lifted because my lashes stay curled and visible for 4-6 weeks and is definitely worth the money. The workers here know how to do a good quality lash lift that lasts for a long time. Each worker here is very professional and knows what they're doing. Then there was a period where she was working on my left lower leg and it just felt like she was just lightly rubbing on it as if like she's distracted on her phone or something. It was a good 5-10 minutes before I told her to move onto my feet. And whenever she put heavy pressure on me, I would tell her and she would just laugh and jokingly put super light pressure in response. I told her that if she is going to put pressure on my bones then it is going to hurt. She needs to learn to massage the muscles and not the bones. And that was not even the end of it, I planned to not give her any tips due to her poor performance today and when I went to go pay up at the front, I only paid for the massage session and gave no tips, I was attacked by the front lady saying that I never tip when I come, which was a complete lie. I have tipped many times before and this session with the masseuse was bad. This place craves for tips and is very rude when they give you poor performance and you don't give them any tips.
