I was bated into enrolling into one of their oil refill programs (rep told me prices were going up 40% next day; I later found out that wasn't so. the prices never changed) I had multiple issues from oils not arriving onetime, coming damaged, missing labels etc. also the customer service was HORRIBLE. after speaking to 5 different people (all promising to call me back) only the account manager, Kalin Denny eventually called me back. The company ended up sending me to collections (OMEAG RMS) for oils not received. I had my attorney look over the contract agreement to see what could be done. after review, we found that there is a termination clause that allows someone to get out of the agreement if they are not satisfied with the good OR service. in this case i had issues with both. The only requirement that the agreement stated was that there be a balance on the contract - which in my case there was (thus the collections). after brining this up to the finance manager (Kalin Denny) she failed to even acknowledge the clause and incorrectly stated that there was a timeline to enforce this clause (which there absolutely wasn't- at least on the contract) I'm in the process of filing a material contract breach with my attorney's. hoping this will prevent this company from scamming more people. read more

So far it has been a total scam! Great sales pitch by Ashley and signed a contract for 3 years. After 1 week the machine broke, impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store or customer service. It's been 2 months machine is still broken and we are paying monthly. Finally got ahold of the store and they said to keep trying customer service because if they send a technician it will be $75 for him just to look at it. Keep in mind this is a brand new machine that we are leasing from them so we cannot return it or exchange it. Also haven't received any cartridges with different fragrances not even once. During the sales pitch they promise you the world and upsell you to a bigger machine because they say the small one breaks right away. They make you sign a 3 year lease on a defective machine and completely ignore you knowing they can leverage the contract you signed. During the sale they tell you that they replace the machine if it ever became defective, everything is a complete lie with a beautiful show room. Stay away, you can find the same machines for few hundred dollars online instead of signing a 3 year contract and being stuck with a broken diffuser for 3 years that you are responsible for servicing, fixing and paying $3000+ through the years. THIS IS A SCAM. My story is so similar to others and I am sick to my stomach and so stressed out. I was sucked into a 36 month contract and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I saw an ad on instagram for a diffuser that I thought would make my living room smell nice. I placed the order, not a big deal, and then I immediately get a phone call asking to join their "VIP program". They sugar coat and butter up this program to make it sound like you are getting a free diffuser with a monthly oil subscription. Sounds legit? It's not. What they don't tell you is that you are locked into a contract for 36 months. But here's the kicker. Their third party financing company (UAS) is the one that has you locked in. To my demise, I was getting phone calls from UAS with no real context in the voicemail I would send them to because it was a phone number I didn't recognize. Come to find out, my card was declined and I missed a payment. It was reflected on my credit score, not astronomically, but it's there. Great. Trying to get a hold of these fuckers to resolve this late payment is like pulling teeth. Customer service is non-existent. I noticed that they ghosted me after I was roped into their fraudulent contract. This company is not flexible when it comes to payment and you are not allowed to skip a month. OK.....the customer service with the company is horrible. You never get to speak to a person. It is through email or chat. Chat is unpredictable. Just waited 30 minutes and nothing....gave up. Aroma 360 is not worth the price tag. I ordered one because i am huge star wars fan and they came out with a star wars line. I got the star wars diffuser but not the scent i selected. Not only that but the shipping the company used was not able to deliver to my area so they decided to us USPS, which we all know how horrible they can be, which after a hard day of work i had to pick it up. I live in a safe gated community with cameras so there is no reason why they could not drop it off at my front door. I ordered the Sith scent and got some random my way scent. Do not give them you credit card information unless you want to get long legal disputes with them and the card company. The shipping worker is just one guy who after getting multiple notes and emails about my sith sense and not my way. and in the end the guy still sends me my way. They never delivered the diffusers on time, so I cancelled the order. They didn't refund my money. One month later they charged my credit card again for a subscription that is impossible to cancel. No one answers their customer service phone, no response on web chat either. Made a complaint to the FL Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and FTC. They ask you to take a video and send it to them, so I did that and went through their tech support. The car diffuser still did not work at all, so they sent a mailing label to send the car diffuser back. This happened 3 times, as all 3 diffusers did not work. Went through the same process with the video and tech support. I sent the third diffuser back, just as I did with the other 2, and I received an email letting me know they would issue a refund. And Aroma 360 monopolizes the market on Aroma360 scents. The issue? The cost of a 500ml of My Way scent increased 14% from August to October. Is this a runaway inflationary priced product, a product that you have to buy to run the expensive machine you bought from Aroma360. Here's why I gave them a low rating. When I posed this question on their rating and question section it got deleted from the website and I go no response from the question posed to them about this. They're being evasive and this should make anyone nervous about this company's integrity. Do not purchase! Horrible experience. We purchased a unit at the store with the hopes that it would work on our HVAC system. When we got home we found out our HVAC wasn't compatible. We tried to return the unit to the store only to be told that they can't except returns and I have to call their VIP Concierge to return. We called the concierge and they said they would provide shipping label for us to return and we could return everything for a full refund. the email they sent said the following: "We would like to inform you that the cancellation of your contract with Aroma360 has been approved. The first step of this process is to return the machine(s) back to our warehouse. The prepaid return label has been emailed to you today and is only valid for 14 Days. You will have 14 Days to send the products back. If we have not received the diffusers, or the package is not in transit, you will no longer be eligible for cancellation. The items were returned within the 14 days they gave me and I never received an email saying that they received my return. I called a week later to check on the status of the return and my refund and was told they received my return but nothing was done to ensure the refund was processed. The person I spoke to then submitted the refund and I confirmed it would be a full refund. I asked how long it would take and he told me it should show up within a couple of days. After well over a week it finally showed up but it was a partial refund. They did not refund my full amount. I called back to check on why the refund wasn't paid in full only to be on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally was able to talk to someone she said she was checking with the billing department and waiting to hear back and it could be a while. she asked if I would like a call back. They say it's for the mini360 but it doesn't fit so you're FORCED to purchase the 120ml bottle You can't even experiment with scents because they force you to buy the larger bottle. Not sure why a 50 ml bottle is even advertised on the website. I've had to pour the contents out of the 50ml into a larger bottle and swap oils. It's a MESS. HORRIBLE customer service, product smells like chemicals. Buyer beware. I've literally never written a negative Yelp review, but this is probably the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. I bought the VanGough 360 for my home plus 4 different scents. With a sharp Black Friday discount, it was $820 - worth it if it works well, but asinine if it doesn't. I originally smelled this particular scent and fell in love with it while staying at a hotel, and the staff told me about Aroma360 and the scent they used. Well...I received the product and it didn't smell like I remembered. It was so much more chemical-smelling in nature and gave me an instant headache. I went to the return portal and checked that I had used the machine and had used one of the scents, and because I had said they were used it automatically disqualified my machine for return. I get not being able to return the scent (it was $72 on sale by the way), but I definitely should be able to return the device after only using it for an hour. I have emailed customer service 4 times now - no response. The only way I can get someone to respond is via Instagram DM (and I only think they're responding because I have a verified account). They are minimally helpful and I'm still unclear about how I can return this product. They keep directing me to the portal, which doesn't work because it won't let me change my answers to say the product wasn't used. Their phone number does not work and directs people to their email.
