This place gets pretty busy and can be challenging when shopping in store. Join their mailing list. They send out periodic coupons. Always friendly staff on pickup and with any issues. Once they sold me a bottle with a defective sprayer and exchanged it with no questions asked. Once sold me the the female version of a male fragrance i purchased & also exchanged seamlessly. Items go out of stock often, but you can sign up for notifications of when it's back in stock. Store is huge. Communication can be an issue with some employees unless you speak spanish. read more

I've been to this place many time, but today was the worst. I got a ticket number 86 and the sign was on 85. All the female workers walked right passed me without even asking if I needed help. No numbers were being called and there were other people without number who spoke Spanish walking up and being helped. I would hope the owner of this place not turn a blind eye to cultural diversity. The female I asked for help was very rude and started speaking Spanish to the other female worker that finally helped me. I know Miami is a melting pot but we all have to respect each other's culture and differences. My business is as good as anyone else. read more

This place is a joke! A switcharoo company not to be trusted! They advertised a 3.4 bottle of Dior Blooming bouquet EDP for $75. I promptly ordered it. I receive a 3.4 bottle of Eau de Toilette!!! I could've purchase this for $63 if I wanted the edt. I phoned the "company" several times, but every time I phoned the voice boxes were full(?) I sent messages and nothing. Weeks later I receive a "rate your experience with LaBelle...and I did! Lo and behold, I get an email from the company telling me in so many words that, "oh yeah, we don't have the edp, so sorry..." Their site still offered the EDP for $75...What the hell kind of business is this? They did not provide what I purchased, didn't respond to my emails, nor they did try and rectify the problem, they did nothing for customer satisfaction nor try to keep me as a customer.
